Cant cook, take a hot shower, or even smoke a cigarette in their "smoking" room without the smoke detector going off. 6 times in 1 week we had to leave the room for more than 20 to 40 mins while the loud noise from the detector going off. And they wont silence it until the fire department comes and checks the room. Very uncomfortable stay at this location.

A one nighter for us catching up with friends in Little Rock. Check in was a little slow but ultimately OK. On our return from dinner downtown we were settling in for the evening when the fire alarms sounded. The weather was terrible outside but everyone guests & staff made sure everyone made he best of what was ultimately some popcorn gone Smokey. A comfortable night followed and checked out with no issues.

We booked a Non-Smoking Single bed for is two. Upon arrival we were told that they had no Non-Smoking rooms. The room they enititialy assigned us had filthy walls, thread-bare carpet. Filthy bathroom, bed with obvious blood stains and to top it off ROACHES! We went back downstairs to the front desk and the girl at the front desk who is very nice said that she knew they had roaches and that they were working on it and "that they are way better than they were a few weeks ago" she offered us to see another room. She gave us access and the other room didn't have roaches but it smelled awful, the TV didn't work correctly and it had profanity scratched into the screen with a knife it looked like. The wall behind where the trash can goes had greasy slimy stuff caked on and the floor was just as bad. We went back downstairs to the front desk and asked for our money back. She was very kind and gladly refunded us without any hesitation. In a nutshell: the front desk staff is good but the maintenance and housekeeping is beyond awful. I took pictures, I was able to get a picture of the Dead roach but I wasn't quick enough to get a picture of the one that's scurried across from under the refrigerator into a crack in the wall.

hhh.. Oh, high there. Take a flashlight if of course it's night and head rught to the southeasternmost corner of the parkjng lot. Here is a portion of the water runoff not to be confused with another near the dumpster marked by near saud lot by a superman stenciling as of tbis poh.. Yeah sorry about that.. where i sheared and staying here longer i might've cleared things up a bit, but this concrete switchback of sorts is probably best left less traveled so as to ensure it remains an unspoken non.. oh no, your room key? Well i did that six times.. once at friggin 5ish a.m. and the dude was totes cool about it. At least you won't be saving the 15 20 mins one wood were they too forget to bring say, a wallet. The trail is moderate it termd of rewuired physical ability and will plae you at a back corner of what is currently a Toyota lot. Tread as little on the grass as possible and keep it quiet. There are funky little tunes which emerge whimsucally fron the night. I see that the staff's exceptionally cordiality has been noted. I mihht only mention the rooms could go for a laminate/carpet combo as i encountered at the Daphne location. Thank me.

I have stayed at this hotel for a while. The staff is very helpful. Roderick is hilarious and knows alot about this area. Ashley and Shannon are very polite and acknowledge me by name. I highly recommend staying here. Great people and safe environment.

This location looks very nice on the outside. When you walk through the front doors you realize there is very little here. The rooms are very bland. There are literally two beds and two plastic and metal chairs. The walls are just a plain white. There are no curtains only old shades. Everything is very old and run down. With that said, the beds are comfortable. The room is clean. The stove top was barely functional. The employees are very friendly. I would compare it to my first college dorm room. I would stay here but not if I had a different choice. The price was very good.

Ashley is a very professional, Sweet and caring person. She's very personal. Helps with any issues I encounter. I wish great things for her. The hotel is safe, clean and convenient. They are also affordable. Thanks for the hospitality and experience.

I have been a Value Place resident off and on for approximately 3 years or more and I've known almost every Manager and worker there if not all from 2013 thru 2016 and I must say most of the managers and workers I've come across were good people but to find someone like Mr Roderick Fields to fill this position at this location was like hitting the jack pot. I would recommend anyone visiting the Little Rock area to stay at the Value Place with extreme confidence knowing you will be truly taken care of no matter what as long as Roderick is manager and as long as Ashley and Sheila is at the front desk and Steve the maintenance guy is handling repairs and also at the front desk... The best combination of honest and very polite and truly good people.. Well done Value place... You couldn't have selected a better staff...

During my family's transition from Texas to Little Rock, the staff at Value Place provided exceptional and trustworthy service. Ashley and the rest of the team went above and beyond their jobs to assist my family. Almost a month later, I still delight in the memories of our stay. Great place to start for humble beginnings in Little Rock.

The stay here at Value Place was a great friendly atmosphere. Room was quiet and clean . Every question s and need was met without hesitation! The wonderful , desk clerk Ashley was the best clerk I had in a while from frequent stays at other locations. Also I'd like to mention a very polite , helpful young man named Steve. Because of them I will be returning to stay at value Place very frequently in the coming new year. Thanks , stephanie knott
