Good location, could use some upgrades. Overall was a good sta.

It was nice and clean. Didn’t alway leave coffee for the next day in the room. But when I when down stairs to ask for some the give me some. Very nice place

It was a decent hotel. But, I did purchase two rooms and only got one so me and my friend had to stay in the same hotel together. I wasn’t happy about that since I paid around 300 dollars for all of that due to my friend needing to stay slightly longer. I understand the reason due to the snow storm but I kind of wish I could’ve been refunded for that extra room I never got.

Extremely clean, however the AC made a high pitched noise all night. I was also concerned that the adjoining door to the next room did not appear to have a lock on it.

Clean and up-to-date for a motel in this price range. We have stayed ay worse places and paid more.

Property is ok, but could use renovations... Beds were very old. Staff was hmm ok...

Very convenient to hospital, walking distance. Clean enough but a lot of noise. Older hotel than isn’t as sound proof as new hotels. Staff especially older lady on night shift was very friendly and helpful

Warm welcome on arrival. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was definitely southern style. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The pancake machine was broken--small inconvenience.

Nice hotel near St Vincent Hospital and room rate was very reasonable.

Came here for my fathers heart surgery and at first glance the property is a bit dated, but within a day I felt comfortable and was able to relax. Could be because I was extremely tired. However, the beds were very comfortable and I wish I could find the pillows they use. They fit my position perfectly. Breakfast was good, not the greatest. Would recommend to anyone who has a loved one over at St. Vincent's.

I was in LIttle Rock for Mother's Day and just needed a bed for a couple of nights close to my family's home. The wonderful representative found The Guesthouse, close to the airport and 5 minutes away from my family. The wonderful ladies at the reception desk were fast and so nice. My room was clean and the maid kept it looking good. The breakfast was continental, but there was cereal, oatmeal and fruit...enough to get me going. I will most definitely book at the Guesthouse on my return. It is an older hotel with no Wifi or Movies, but it is a great place if you just want a comfortable bed and clean room.

We selected this hotel because it offers shuttle between the airport and hospitals but my flight was delayed and I arrived after 9 PM and had to pay $25 for a taxi. The shuttle service was very nice but runs 6:30 AM - 9 PM only.
