I stayed there because it was close to the hospital where I was having treatments. The Staff was caring and always ready to help. They all made my stay so much easier. I will stay there again anytime I am in that area.

I had to travel for medical reasons and the location was perfect. As we entered to check in the staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean. Our room was a plesent surprise, it had a small kitchen area, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee pot and sink. Very handy if you are there a few days! Two comfortable queen bed’s ,TV, alarm clock, dryer, iron&board. I was told (because I was NPO after midnight) that the breakfast was good. You are on a very busy road so expect some noise. The parking could be better but there is plenty. If you are wanting to eat a good meal for a decent price try Chedder’s scratch kitchen we loved it !

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating, and guests were quiet and considerate of others. Most guests seemed to be passing through on their travels, keeping medical appointments, or visiting folks in nearby hospitals. It's a no-frills place, but very convenient, easily accessible and safe at all hours of the day or night. The free shuttle service and complementary breakfast each morning added to the convenience and value. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Little Rock.

Clean, quiet, convenient to St. Vincent’s hospital. One desk clerk remembered me from checking in the day before and asked about my family in the hospital. I wish I could remember her name. The others - eh - didn’t speak. Overall, I’d stay there again.

Great Service, wonderful breakfast and dining area very clean and well taken care of, always nice friendly desk clerks having all the information necessary. Shuttle was very timely on pick and/or appointment for hospital visits

I love to stay there with my husband or by myself. I always feel safe and I can also ride the van to hospital and back. close to shopping. The van took me to and from hospital. the location is great and I always feel safe when I'm traveling alone. Rooms are nice and updated!! Prices are good!!

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and met our every need. Bed were very comfortable. Hotel is withing walking distance of many restaurants and shopping centers. Guesthouse is also within walking distance of St. Vincent Infirmary Hospital.

Medical attentive and available on request hotel staff and cleaniness is great, continential breakfast could use some improvements, shuttle driver really friendly and helpful with directions, need additional Handicap parking spots

We were in town because my son had to have brain surgery on October 19th and you are required to use a credit card to reserve the room. I booked 4 nights, upon arrival I told them that I would pay in cash for each night and I didn’t want my credit card charges. Everyday, I would go down to pay cash and everyday I would get a notification on my phone that they attempted to charge my card. One time it was for $245, one time is was $89 and twice it was $72. One specific afternoon when I paid cash, the male clerk used his cell phone to do the math to give me my change instead of using the register. I asked him for my cash receipt and he did not want to give it to me until I insisted, then he gave me a print out that was not even a receipt. I was standing outside the lobby showing my husband what he gave me, and the employee saw that I was suspicious and FINALLY walked outside and gave me my receipt. I really do believe that he was trying to pocket my money. On the first night upon arriving to the hotel when I explained to a female clerk that I wanted to pay cash daily and didn’t want my credit card on file to be charged, she repeatedly told me to make sure I come to her and ONLY her to pay. The whole thing was just very suspicious. Then my card gets charged all of these crazy amounts. I do plan to call the owner and get to the bottom of all of this. It caused me unnecessary stress considering I was there for my son to have brain surgery on top of it all!

We were in LR for my son’s surgery and the staff were every friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. 5/5 would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.
