I chose this property for its location to the highway and Metro line and the Falls Church area. Complimentary breakfast was adequate, but too many on-site "conveniences" were out-of-order/not working - vending machines in eating area (bottle beverage and personal items), coffee/hot water dispenser, and ice machine - in the dining area! Staff only serviced room every 3 days! Will look for different property, same area, on our next visit.

Breakfast was very poor.

helpful staff at reception desk disappointing breakfast awful coffee

The room itself was fine. First night there was a loud screaming match at 4:30AM. The second night, got woken up to trash trucks at 6AM. Breakfast would have been better if it was better stocked. The guy "helping" with the headsets in his ears seemed really annoyed (not at me) but at whomever left their toast in the toaster...I had asked him if he knew who the toast belonged to and he just huffed and had a look of annoyance (which I totally understand as I think it's irresponsible). He seemed reluctant to help or refill food/plates, etc. as if he did not like his job (when others asked for dishes). (There were about 4 napkins left, zero danishes or muffins and 2 bagels left when I got there at 8:30AM, no bowls, a couple plates). Perhaps what needs to be more signs/labels (ie. remove the toast immediately so others may use it ) and also make sure guests know not to just send their children alone (as I saw some children just wandering and helping themselves--not sure anyone is monitoring but it would nice to see it more sanitary, esp. given COVID).

It was noisy until about 3am inside of the hotel. Food was dropped on the floor in front of our door and it took more than a day to clean up most of it. Great location for transportion and walking.

Do not accept room 200 off the lobby. Noise of heating/ac unit outside and the staff noise of their office next door does not make for sleep.

Really close to the monuments in Washington D.C.

No friendly can t even get drinking water

It was nice and clean when we arrived, but there was no cleaning or new towels provided due to covid. They did provide towels at the front desk. Great location.

This is a good hotel for work trips as it is convenient to highway and downtown. COVID19 conditions closed the breakfast bar, which is understandable. It also limited room housekeeping for a 4-night stay, but staff promptly provided new towels upon request.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I have stayed at this hotel before.

There was nothing unique about the property. The back stairs bell did not work.when i spoke with the young male desk clerk he implied that i was not telling the truth about "pushing the button" and never mentioned checking it out. On the day i checked out there was an older gruff gentleman working the desk. He snapped questions/ responses. My daughter says she felt "creeped out" as he was constantly "watching" her.

Great neighborhood. 7 minute walk to Metro down a busy bike/running path. Clean and friendly. Breakfast room small, but okay. Food was good, but choices limited. Never walked away hungry or disappointed. Room was somewhat dated, but knew that when I booked. Stayed 6 nights and will definitely stay again. Great value for the money!

This was the only hotel in DC available under $200 this week and I was very pleased with the value-it’s not a luxury hotel but it is very clean -my room was quiet and the staff was. Very pleasant ! Great deal!

There is no elevator to goto to upper or lower floors. Its very difficult for people with disabilities to stay in this hotel

Poor food choices. We stayed 5 nights. Food was not replenished. Deactivated our cards twice. They were nice about it however it was an inconvenience at the end of a tiring day.
