Flight attendant was excellent.
Didn’t like the limitation on carry on and the high cost of checking a bag
Upset bag not free. I had a small bag that was still too big for carrying on. Had to check it and it cost 30 dollars. Just make the price of the flight include one checked bag so people don't get annoyed. It would also make it easier to board and deplane when people can not be trying to get there bags shoved in and out of small spaces.
It was a great experience flying with United. Didn't have a problem, flight was on time. It was perfect.
Smooth flight, Staff exceptional..
Female stewardess from Dallas to El Paso was very kind and had good since of humor.
don't like the new extra purchase price to select a seat
Chairs are insanely narrow with no leg room. There should be a weight limit because the woman next to me has half her torso on my armrest!
Very upset because this ticket was NOT marked Basic economy!! I checked the baggage rules and it said a carry on was ok and it Wasn’t!
