Flights Review

Dec 27, 2019

Arrived early!

May 26, 2019

Thanks to the pilots and crew for a smooth ride!

Sep 9, 2018

It would have been nice to board with kids earlier.

Jul 18, 2018

The pilot warned us there was bad weather around, and it may b e a bumpy flight. Therefore no beverage cart, and seat belt light on most of the trip. We were very happy he did this, and it ended up being the smoothest flight and landing.

May 17, 2018

The second half of my trip was cancelled - had to go with a different airline

May 17, 2018

I cannot believe the changes that have been recently for "economy" flight. I could not choose a seat when booking unless I paid more. Made me think I would be bumped when I arrived.

Apr 12, 2018

The one thing I did not like about purchasing my ticket on orbit was that it did not allow me to choose a seat.

Mar 23, 2018

The walk from arriving and departing Gates was way too far. Almost missed flight.

Jan 20, 2018

My bag was checked through to CLT, I could have valet checked it, but was told no. Ended up waiting 35 min once at baggage claim. Other bags bigger than mine were valet checked. I checked it well ahead of flight, no rush, too.
