Not impressed at all considering it’s the presidential
THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT HOTEL IN THE PAST. THIS TIME NOT SO MUCH. I GOT CALLED THE WEEK OF THE STAY TELLING ME THEY HAD TO REARRANGE FOLKS AND MOVE SOME TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL. NOT ONLY WAS THIS A PROBLEM IT WAS A LITTLE INCONVIENANT BECAUSE IT WAS FUTHER OUT TO DRIVE TOO. WHILE THEY WERE NICE AT THAT HOTEL PROBALLY DUE TO THE SITUATION, I JUST WASNT SATISFIED WITH IT AND THE FACT THAT I HAD TO CALL THURSDAY TO CONFIRM THAT I JUST HAD SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP. OTHER THAN THAT I CANT COMPLAIN BUT NEXT TIME MAYBE THEY WONT CALL THE WEEK OF TO GET THINGS DONE
Good location, decent rooms but this place is tired and not that clean. Carpet in room dirty. Communal areas like elevator dirty

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
I liked the location, the staff and the fact that the restaurant was right there. They were pretty busy with large groups of kids in for the weekend but it didn't seem too crazy or noisy.
I wish the location was a little better. It is right off the highways. It was very close to restaurants, but not walkable. The staff was very helpful and the room was nice.
The vents were noticeably dirty. The heating & air unit was loud and wouldn’t turn off. There was a hole in the wall above one of the electrical outlets, appeared to be unsafe. If those things were to be addressed, it would be a nice place to stay.
Our room was a bit noisy and the temperature wouldn't stay constant. Breakfast was excellent!
My back was hurting and the bed was great. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only negitive would the bathroom is too small.
The overall condition of the hotel was nice. There were visible signs of recent renovations ie heavy paint to try and conceal patching the ceiling. On Thanksgiving Day my room wasn’t serviced at all. Had to go to front desk to ask for towels and other products. I was told the cleaning staff left work early for the holiday😡. It would be debatable if I would stay there again.
No trash can liners, hairs all over bed, bathroom, and nightstand. Toilet paper on floor behind bathroom door. Very dirty room and bathroom floor. Won’t be back...

Hi Julie, We are very sorry that we had to move guests to another location. Unfortunately this situation was completely out of our control. To compensate you we did not charge you for your reservation with us and did pay the hotel we had to send you to so that there was no cost to you. While sometimes issues come up, we do our best to make it right.
