Your GPS is going to drop you off in the middle of a Walmart parking lot. We drove around the lot, and couldn't see the hotel anywhere. We called the hotel, and they said that they were behind the Walmart. We drove around behind a Walmart, and there was nothing back there. It turns out, the hotel is located on the next street down, behind the Walmart. No idea why the GPS is so confused about this. When it drops you off in the parking lot, if you're looking at the Walmart, there is a Chuck-E-Cheese on the left. Drive between the Walmart and the Chucky Cheese, and then you will curve around to the right, and find the hotel down on your right. Hopefully, this saves you some of the hassle that we went through looking for the hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel itself was fine. It wasn't as extraordinary as we've come to expect from Mariott, but it was clean and cozy. The staff is friendly. Overall, it's a decent stay for the money.

The location is great and lots of chain dining options nearby. I had a great experience last time, but this time was not as nice. The floors in the kitchen area of my room were dirty. The thermostat was broken in my room and I had no control over the heat. The coffee was out in the breakfast area. The rooms looked a little more worn since my last visit.

My SO had job training in Little Rock for 6 weeks and they booked him at this hotel for the entirety of the trip. I work from home and spent 99% of my time at this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is near a Walmart and quite a few restaurants. He was just a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Little Rock (even during rush hour). We felt it was very accessible to most areas of town. Deonte at the front desk was incredibly nice and accommodating and made our stay extra special. They do little drink and snack nights on Mondays and Tuesdays where you can grab a beer or a glass of wine while they serve small meals. They were all very good and it was a nice chance to mingle with other guests from all over. The rooms were very well maintained and in good condition. We did notice some mold on our air conditioning unit but we were able to clean it up and I'm sure if we had requested maintenance to fix it, they would have. The pool area is small but nice and sunny during the day. We enjoyed using the onsite grill for some variety from the small stove in the bedroom. Full fridge and dishwasher were very nice. Our one complaint was the noise. During the week we had zero problems since it seemed to be mostly business people coming through, but on weekends families would flood into the hotel and they were SO LOUD. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear EVERYTHING if your neighbors aren't being polite or using their indoor voices. We were woken up early almost EVERY Saturday and Sunday mornings because of loud neighbors. This obviously isn't the hotel's fault, but it's something to consider. The housekeepers could also be a little louder than necessary at times, yelling at each other down the halls at 8am on weekends, when people are trying to sleep in. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this location if were are in Little Rock again.

Stayed here for one night recently. I needed to change rooms a couple of times and the staff were friendly and patient. Room was not that big (though I'm sure there are bigger rooms, just the one we booked wasn't that big), but clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I was passing through.

Not a bad spot. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy highway access and a fresh new property. I wish the staff was a bit friendlier and more welcoming. And I say this as a Marriott gold member. But overall a very functional and basic property with large rooms and good furniture. Best suited for a longer stay. I only spent two nights.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here while passing through Little Rock to go to NW Arkansas to see family. Very clean, comfortable rooms with mini kitchens. Pet friendly. Very close to restaurants and grocery shopping if you want to cook in the room. Both times the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to hotel each time we pass through and need a place to stay.

This is a great hotel, with a great location. Covenient to the airport, and Downtown. Great breakfast every morning, and complimentary beer, and wine 2 nights a week, with a meal, but the best thing about this place is the staff, these have got to be the friendliest, most helpful, and generally the best bunch of folks I've ever meet in the hospitality buisness. They put new meaning in the word hospitality, and that is always a welome thing for a weary traveler. They make you feel at home!! This hotel, and especially it's staff are a bright light at the end of a mostly dark hospitality industry tunnel! Kudos to Marriot, keep up the good work, and give special props to the staff of this wonderful place to stay!!

I'm not sure what's happening with the Marriott brand, but this is our second horrendous experience this summer with the hotel chain. As a gold elite member, I couldn't be more disappointed. This property is just dirty! There's no other way to describe it. The walls in the entire hotel are in need of new paint. The carpets are disgusting. The curtains and drapes are filthy. We were not greeted warmly (in fact, at all) by the front desk staff. They seemed bothered by our presence. There was a sticky stain on the wall in one of our suite bedrooms; I called twice to ask that it be taken care of and it never was. There were dirty fingerprints on almost every door. Breakfast was a joke...gross, reheated food, lukewarm water for tea. When I asked the breakfast lady for hot water, she offered to "microwave" my cup. When I told her that I'd prefer just to have hot water, she told me that I'd have to wait bc she was busy making coffee. I couldn't wait to check out and will never visit this location again. What's going on, Marriott?

I stayed one night here for business. I felt like it was just average, nothing special. It was quiet, and in a good safe and convenient location. Staff were friendly, but the room was just okay. The bed was not comfortable at all. The pillows were flat. There was only one trash can in the whole room and that was in the bathroom. The shower curtain had some mold inside the liner.

This hotel is located in a very nice area accessible to restaurants and shopping......none within close walking distance but easy to get around. The clerk, D-Man was SO accommodating. I would highly recommend this for a nice stay in Little Rock.
