I liked everything about these guys. The staff were lovely - happy and helpful. Plus, we asked that our room be cleaned each morning - and they did it, no questions asked! This is rare these days. Finally, the room was spot-on clean, and so were the beautiful public areas. It was an unfussy, unpretentious, but really nice stay - THANK YOU.

Decent hotel but it had snowed several days prior, but sidewalks were not clear and were icy. No breakfast items at all due to covid, but that seemed unnecessary. Sheets were really rough and scratchy and didn't seem to match the quality of the hotel otherwise.

Staff was genuine upon arrival. Great restaurant upstairs, breakfast was nicer than expected. Pool was nice option just extremely too cold for the kids to enjoy.
No parking, forced to valet. No self parking. Checking in was a big hassle.

It was a very beautiful hotel stay with a wonderful restaurant on the roof of the building, however, everything cost extra. There is no where to park therefore you must pay $16 per day for the Valet and breakfast is not free, $7 for cereal and/toast/ coffee and waffle. Everything else cost money. Breakfast was almost as expensive as the food at the restaurant the night before and that was steak. Room was very comfortable and plenty of room to feel at ease and comfortable. However with the cost for everything... I would state it is a little on the expensive side. But, with that said, I would totally stay there again!
Staff was excellent. Walking distance to everything. Room could be cleaner. There was hair & dirt stains on toilet tank & tub and light switches. Thick layer of dust on everything. Hadn’t been dusted in quite a while.
I forgot my watch on the night stand and the staff took it and I never heard back from them. I will never stay here again.
