Beautiful historic property in Little Rock, within walking distance to most downtown attractions and numerous dining options. I would highly recommend the restaurants inside the hotel as well. We visited in December and the hotel was decorated with a dazzling holiday display. The lobby stayed crowded with people dressed in very upscale attire. The governor of Arkansas was seated beside us at the restaurant.

There are a handful of restaurants in walking distance. The rooms could use different lighting in the closets for dressing. Otherwise the property is beautiful and staff is great!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Capital. Everything from our Valet to check out was perfect. The beauty of The Capital paired with cleanliness and friendliness of the staff made for a perfect getaway.

This was our first stay at Capital Hotel, and our first stay in Little Rock in fact. We were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is in a historic bank building and is in great shape. Our room on the second floor had very high (16'?) ceilings and was equipped with everything we needed. Even the desk chair was comfortable. The valet staff were very helpful, charging our Tesla without us asking. We were able to walk everywhere we visited from this location. We'll stay here again the next time we are in Little Rock.

We like staying at the Capital because of its elegance and courteous staff. We always enjoy breakfast at 111. However, our dinner at the Bar and Grill was less than satisfactory. The service was slow and inattentive. The cobb salad was dismal and not really a cobb salad. It also had limp greens and too much dressing. The bun for the hamburger was toasted, but probably toasted earlier and was not warm. Very disappointing and expensive.

The staff and the valet men are VERY nice and so accommodating. This is a WONDERFUL historic hotel that has not skimped on hospitality, politeness or class.

this used to be a wonderful hotel but has gone downhill fast since covid...

We have always loved the Capital. This time, however, it seemed that they were understaffed. One breakfast we had at the restaurant was very understaffed and we had to wait a long time. Plus the waitress waited on other tables who had come in after us before she waited on us. On the bright side, we had a wonderful service at the Bar and Grill and from the parking valets. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in our room, but everything else in the room was lovely.

Old elegant hotel has lost its charm, and needs to meet traveler expectations in the present day.

Beautiful, first class property!

The elehant, old, traditional, southern atmosphere and impeccable manners and attention of the Hotel's staff, makes the Capital Hotel my favorite place ro stay in Little Rock.

Loved the attention to detail of this hotel, it's history and everything about it

Dear Mary, Thank you for your feedback from your last stay with us. I am happy that overall you enjoy the Capital Hotel for its elegance and more importantly, our courteous staff. I am also happy that you enjoy our breakfast offerings and service in 111 for breakfast. I have noted your feedback of your disappointment in our Capital Bar and Grill. I apologize for the slow and inattentive service. This is not the normal case and it might have been during a busy period where we were not staffed at the level we needed. Your comments about the cobb salad and hamburger bun have been shared with our Executive Chef. I do hope you will come back and try Capital Bar and Grill again and see an improvement. Thank you again for staying with us.
