We were never informed before check in that it was under renovation. I called to confirm breakfast was served and no mention that the kitchen was under reno. Upon checkin I was informed that there would be no hot breakfast but there would be pasteries, bagels, yogurt and cereal. We arrived pretty late as we were in the middle of a 24 hour road trip and just needed to sleep and eat. Well at 6 am nothing was out so I told the front desk. She was rude and said “well what’s out, that’s it” I told her “cold cereal with no milk and coffee?! You said there would be more than cereal” And she was like “ugh I’ll get some more stuff out”. Finally at 630 she came out with a small tray of about 3 rock cold pasteries. We decided to leave and get McDonald’s. We only booked this place because it had breakfast. Hence why I called ahead... on top of the rude lady, the coffee maker in the room was broken and the room was missing a remote, toiletries, and had a broken curtain rod so the curtains didn’t quite close on the ground floor. The door looked weathered and tattered with a chain lock, didn’t really feel safe being right by the door. Around 2 a group of college kids came in and loitered around the hall for way too long and one guy stayed on the phone talking loud. No one from the hotel apparently noticed any of this on the cameras. Mostly overall disappointing since orbitz gave them a 4.2 rating.

Easy check in. Right off highway. Great room for the price.

The room was very disappointing, the cable on the TV didn't work, there were what seemed like toe nails on the floor. The ceiling had an area where the sheetrock was falling off. It has a little run down. The floor seemed like it had been remodeled and the beds were fine but it was just disappointing. The breakfast was limited and food quickly ran out. The door in the back didn't work with the access key like it's supposed to, my wife had to open the door for me. If you need a cheap place to stay to pretty much sleep at night then I guess it's fine, other than that it doesn't offer much.

The fire alarm was tripped at 2:45 am. The elevator did not reset. The room and hotel are really old looking. Huge stains on the room furniture. The bathroom looked recently renovated. To bad i couldnt sleep in there. My stay was so bad i checked out after one day and went across the street to the much nicer but same priced Red Roof inn.

Nice hotel. Rooms better than you would expect. Great stay for the price.

Will never stay there again. Place was not clean walls were dirty and the people living there stay up all night

It was a great experience, quite, close to restaurants and needs.

Lots of simple repairs needed in hotel room and hotel could use repairing. Overall for one night, very comfortable bed, breakfast included we figured for what we paid it was fair.

Run down rooms, horrible musty smell from AC unit. AC unit did not cool adequately. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Bathroom a complete mess, something you might find in the projects. Breakfast a joke.

The room smelled like smoke, wholeways smelled like weed.

TV didn't work, AC was terribly loud. Lady at front desk was nice and apologized.

First impression of staff and room was one of friendliness and competence. Good room.

The hotel wasn't in a very safe area...so much non-sense going on in the parking lot. The staff was very hospitable and very rude. We got to the room an the sheets were dirty and looked like dirt or makeup. I told the front desk worker he huffed and rolled his eyes with an attitude to come and check the sheets, after he proceed to tell me I have to come downstairs to get new sheets....never again will I stay there

The hotel has bugs and the staff didn't want to give extra towels for the room

The first room had hairs in the bed and we requested a new room and those sheets still were not very clean.
