When we got there we were greeted immediately and the front desk person was very thorough in making sure we knew were everything was located. Once we got up to the room we were pleased to see that our room was separated as a bedroom / living area. I didn't have to suffer through kid shows when we had to be in the room as this allowed for 2 TVs that were far enough apart that they didn't disturb each other. Room was clean. Nicely arranged. Beds were comfy. My kids loved getting to swim in the heated indoor pool. And the hot tub! There was also a weight room/gym for 18 and over. If I wasn't there with kids and a dog I would have used it. The room service was excellent. The lady answering the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. She didn't act rushed or impatient with me. The food arrived quickly and tasted good. And, the complimentary breakfast had enough options that even my pickiest easily found something to eat. There were fish in the river ponds than ran through the lobby/dining & bar area. A kid favorite. And, you could see them when riding in the see through elevator.

The experience itself was great but I left a very expensive bottle of liquid vitamins in the room in the fridge and attempted to call several times and kept getting transfered to voicemails where i left messages with no calls ever returned to me. The stay was fine but make sure you get all your belongings because once you check out, they could care less if you are pleased past that point.

We have enjoyed Embassy through the years for location and free breakfast. This visit was a disaster on Saturday. The place was overbooked. Took way to long to check in with long lines. There was a wedding party that was out of control. Drunks. Yelling all night. Banging on doors and slamming doors. Need a guard to quiet people down. Three in the morning. Never stay there again. At least not in weekends.

Had a comfortable stay. Great service and excellent staffs.

Very nice buffet style breakfast was excellent and manager special

The hotel was great the only thing I did not was paying for parking and paying ten dollars a day for internet. However, everything else was fantastic.

Always have family come after Xmas for a visit & for the last few years I have been putting them up in the local Embassy Suites - its a great location to almost everything in Little Rock, they have an indoor pool (kids love this in December) & a very nice breakfast buffett in the mornings .....

Quiet environment, great breakfast, great and courteous staff, and clean room.

My stay was very pleasant. It was very quiet at night, the room was clean, and the cook to order breakfast was exelent.

My wife and I wanted a nice hotel near the mall and airport, but the other hotels seemed dirty or didn't have all the features we wanted. Very happy we chose Embassy suites and will stay again!

Had to find a place close to our house because our AC went out & couldn't be fixed for 3 days .... Embassy Suites is close / clean - friendly staff & the best amenities around. Hope my AC doesn't go out again, but would stay HERE if it did !!

Clean, nice amenities, very good included breakfast. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby

When you stay at other Embassy Suites they have free"adult" beverages. In Arkansas.this OS illegal so you have to pay 1dollar a drink which is still not bad, and the evening finger foods are quote enjoyable.

The mattress was not very good,it was one step above sleeping on the floor. The toilet was small and low,the sink was located outside the bathroom. Overall not a good experience for me.

Really enjoyed this hotel the evening managers event was well planed and stocked well the lobby was very attractive and clean. The pool was nice as well as the spa. A sons was available however outside temp was over a hundred so we stuck to the cool pool. Overall a good time.

Room was clean and good, fold out couch slept well...elevators are oddly placed far from front desk and most of the parking is far away...charges for internet $10 a day...free breakfast was good... and Shala at front desk was awesome help

great staff, good food, beautiful scenery, great access.

Great place to stay, excellent location near lots of good places to eat and to shop.

Perhaps because it was Spring Break, we found the Pool very busy. No place to swim and of course they were out of towels. At Breakfast the next morning there was a 20 minute line to get eggs or pancakes and then when you finally go food there was no place to sit down. The hotel was just too crowed and noisy.

One thing that bothered me was the conservative view point of Hilton but, are using styrofoam cups. Also, parking in crowded and you have to pay six dollars to park in the parking garage. No vallet offered.
