It was exactly like the image on the website. It was a quiet and restful environment and appointed nicely.

We enjoy the Burgundy and it is close to our daughters home, but the recent visit was disappointing. When we got to the room the air conditioning was on, so we converted it to heat. It took several hours before it was warm. It was disappointing that the Keurig coffee maker did not work and there seemed to be a problem with the door lock that worked fine when we arrived, but after that we had to get another key that did not work and finally we found one of the housekeeping staff who tried to use it, but finally had to use a regular key.

Love staying here! We always have a great night sleep

This hotel was beyond excellent. Staff, room , amenities and location were outstanding. Had a feel of exclusiveness, not shown by many chains. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, close to down town restaurants . Nice time out location. Fab location

Cozy hotel in a great location! Customer service oriented with a smile on everyone's face!

By far the BEST hotel I have found in the Little Rock area! I have stayed here twice after trying out several other hotels in Little Rock. This is the only place I will ever stay when traveling to the Little Rock area. It's clean, the staff are nice, the beds are super comfy, area of town is nice & safe feeling (unlike most other hotels I've tried). Eating options are within walking distance from the hotel as well. Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The room was large for a one bedroom. Having a fullsized couch and plendly of space to spread out made the stay very comfortable. We will stay again!

Hotel was a gem! A super hip hotel! We were so happy with the accommodations...everything was perfect. Hotel restaurant - Table 28 was superb....we had 4 happy plates!!!! You must stay at this boutique hotel if you are in Little Rock.

The rooms were very nice, the food was exceptional/

Nice hotel. Clean and very comfortable. It has easy access to I-430.

The hotel itself is not in a great neighborhood of Little Rock. It is far from the walkable areas of town and the areas I would have liked to see the most of. So if you stay here, be sure to have a car with you. It is about 15 minutes to downtown. That being said, it was well worth the cost of the room. It was clearly an older building that has been renovated. The room was enormous and comfortable. The bed was really cozy, and we enjoyed a separate couch/tv space. My only complaint was the frosted glass bathroom door faced the bed, so using the light in there will wake up your partner. Also, there is a smell I associate with older buildings, but it was not overpowering or noticeable after a few minutes. The staff was extremely polite, professional and helpful with all of our concerns. I would definitely recommend it as long as you don't mind driving everywhere you want to go.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by busy area w good selection of restaurants if you dont eat at Table 28 located inside. Nice bar, very knowledgable bartender, nice pool. Parking is a little tight. Personal experience checking in the front desk clerk was a little scatterbrained. She didnt offer to tell us about the amenities so everytime we had to ask about something she kept asking us if we were checking in. I would have hoped she had recognized us after the first 5 questions. Morning staff however was friendly and very pleasant, knowledgeable.

Nice clean, tastefully decorated room with all of the essentials.

The staff and the general manager were extremely friendly and helpful the restaurant food quality and service was amazing the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff and the general manager were extremely friendly and helpful the restaurant food quality and service was amazing the hotel is absolutely beautiful ! I will and have already recommended it to friends and family I have been around personable and friendly staff and other hotels but the staff there just goes above and beyond anything I asked for anything I needed they helped me with a smile and just made my fathers and I stay wonderful we will definitely be back

This hotel is off the beaten path, so it was pretty quiet. But, it is very close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. We were just visiting our daughter who lives in Little Rock and tried it out. Would return here!

Wonderful well appointed room and friendly staff. Will be back.
