Stayed here with my wife and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would probably go back if we had the opportunity. 2 complaints, the room smelled like smoke, but only noticeable at first. The breakfast was not very good but had the basics. Other than that the room was clean and looked nice and ...
Like some other reviews, the only really bad thing about this hotel is the heating / air units. They're wall mounted to the exterior walls like a Super 8 or Motel 6. So if its hot, or just really really cold outside (our visit), then it kicks on every 3-5 minutes. Not gonna lie, they're loud. Seemingly ...
My husband and I stayed three nights during a really cold spell. All the staff were super helpful. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant before taking the hotel shuttle to the Guthrie Theater. The shuttle picked us up at 10:30 when the temperature was zero. Our room seemed to have been totally ...
My son and I spent the night at AC after an event at the US Bank Stadium. We checked in prior to the show and took the light rail to the stadium. There was a train station a block from the front door and with waiting, we were at the stadium in less than 5 minutes. Very convenient. When we got back ...
I booked this hotel spontaneously and was glad to receive great customer service the minute I entered the hotel. Although I had requested an early check-in time (noon), I arrived earlier than expected and the staff was able to connect me to a readily available room to accommodate my need. The hotel ...
Beautiful hotel, great staff, awesome location! Stayed on downtown for personal travel and the staff was very accommodating. Awesome breakfast spread. Very picky about gyms and the hotel gym had more than enough to give anyone a good start to the day. Two hot tubs in the pool was a welcome surprise ...
Great property, centrally located to everything in downtown. Room with the corner view was amazing. Staff was exceptionally helpful with any questions or directions I needed. Looking forward to coming back.
The staff was just enough invisible as they needed to be. When we needed them they were there. Otherwise , it was as if they were shadows; there but never in the way. The facilities were fabulous . I especially liked the pool and steam room. As well , I thought their bartender was exceptional. We ...

Sorry to say, but I think the carpet in our room needs to be shampooed. Had white socks on, and from just walking around on carpet very little, they were black on the bottom on my feet, also I had to rub my hand over the carpet for an item that got lost under one of the beds and my hand was black when I retrieved my item plus I retrieved a dead bug. Better housekeeping needs to be done. Would like coffee pot in room. All in all room was okay.
We used this hotel as a base for a family get together weekend. The rooms were a little small but overall they worked ok. There are two pools there but neither one was in great condition. One had very poor air quality so we were unable to use it. The second one was ok but needs some maintenance. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. We would stay again.
Chose this hotel based on price for a Minnesota Vikings home football weekend. It was a fantastic choice! LOVED the lobby bar (very active during the home football weekend), within a block or two of several excellent restaurants. Easy to get an uber to the game (about $8) and a 20-minute walk back from the stadium. Parking was NOT included, although the booking site said it was. We were charged $20 to park when we checked in, but directions were not clear and we ended up parking in the wrong ramp and had to pay again when we left. The cost was negligible (maybe $10??) so I would suggest you NOT pay to park at check-in and just pay at whatever public ramp you end up parking in. There are many in the vicinity. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for games or downtown stays. Will definitely choose it next time we're in town!!
Front Desk wasn't helpful enough with info pertaining to hotel extremities. Would have like to have know about the Skyway.
