Stayed here with my wife and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would probably go back if we had the opportunity. 2 complaints, the room smelled like smoke, but only noticeable at first. The breakfast was not very good but had the basics. Other than that the room was clean and looked nice and ...
Good experience. Please consider changing to regular Heinz catsup. The catsup there is terrible. Also I checked out on a Monday and requested a 1 hour late check out. This should be easy to accommodate, but the front desk representative just dismissed my request without even really checking with ...
Nice hotel and walking distance to target center. Only complaint is housekeeping pounded on our door at 8:30A and then another one at 9:00A and the second one pretty much knocked and walked in. Super frustrating. Housekeeping shouldn’t be your wake up call.

Sorry to say, but I think the carpet in our room needs to be shampooed. Had white socks on, and from just walking around on carpet very little, they were black on the bottom on my feet, also I had to rub my hand over the carpet for an item that got lost under one of the beds and my hand was black when I retrieved my item plus I retrieved a dead bug. Better housekeeping needs to be done. Would like coffee pot in room. All in all room was okay.
Called for early check in to beat the snow, no problem. Bypassed the valet and parked next door, no problem. Enjoyed the room, but the bathroom door is pain. Hotel happy hour was a nice pick me up. Enjoyed my stay and would return.
I was here for a conference. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. Not far from the airport. Great hotel. Staff was lovely
Front Desk wasn't helpful enough with info pertaining to hotel extremities. Would have like to have know about the Skyway.
