the hotel during the holiday season - reception - room - restaurant - etc. is always outstanding - third holiday seasonal visit since 2023 as for Expedia ... had an issue that they "passed" to the Inn who became responsible to resolve when Expedia was the customer service point of contact - very unprofessional of Expedia ... a surprise to me after many years as an Expedia customer

The entire hotel was a pleasure, i.e., front desk, bar staff (particularly the Hayleys), and the guys out front. The only drawbacks were the lack of closet space in out room (323) and getting hot food from the kitchen.
