Beautiful hotel right next to a busy fire station and sketchy gas station. Have to pay for parking which seems odd. But front desk was wonderful and accommodated early check in without question.

Nice modern place to stay. Everything seemed to be clean except for the hair on the shower wall…😬. The AC unit sounded like it was about to give up. And there was a loud noise early in the morning that mimicked the end of a coffee pot brewing cycle, but it lasted like 30 minutes. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Good stop for an overnight stay
The hotel staff were efficient and friendly. The parking seems to be limited and shares with a condo unit. If I had to park in the far side of the structure alone late at night I would have been uncomfortable walking through it. It’s not sketchy but it’s further that I would have liked.

First Aloft Hotel Stay in Chapel Hill, NC
This was our first time staying at Aloft. The hotel was incredible. Huge UNC fans, so the extra decor in the lobby was fun! The room was very modern and well decorated. Great in room amenities too for the shower as well. If I were to say anything negative, it would only be the lack of parking. They have an agreement with the residents next door in the garage, but those spaces for the hotel are limited in number. If you return late, you are having to go almost off site to find parking.
