Check in, already late due to flight delay, was hampered by difficulty inputting a credit card for incidentals. Instead of gettting us into the room and fixing the issue the next day, we had to endure 20 minutes of wait in the middle of the night. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety. Some corners of bathroom could use deep cleaning.
This hotel is neat and clean.
The only issue was the beds. The beds are too hard, and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. Everything else was very good. If the mattresses get changed out, it would be a great property.

The property was undergoing significant renovation. Everything was dusty and moved around. They should have let us know before we registered or given us a significant price reduction.
Perfect place for the necessity. Easy to find location. Parking is a bit tight, but the hotel and staff were very welcoming.
2nd visit, we stay here again because it is consistent service ,clean and friendly staff.

This LaQuinta I would give 5 stars except they didn't have an elevator. The front desk staff offered to carry my stuff up to the 2nd floor and I should have let them. I made 3 trips up and down the stairs because I choose to travel with my dogs and their beds. It is a little off the path of I-81 but worth it for the price. I also found a great Chinese restaurant about a mile down the road from the hotel so I got take out.
We think it is the best option in Radford. Overall a good experience.
