This is my go to spot when I work in Richmond. James is a great host and the house is always spotless and stocked with goodies and necessities. If this house is available when I travel there, I will always book before somewhere else. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient location for my work within good distance to food, groceries, and gas.

It was a last minute trip because my mom was put in hospice. I booked the night before and could only stay one night. The property owner gave me all of the info to get in and everything I had forgotten was there. It was a beautiful home and was a smooth process considering why I was there.
