comfy bed. Really wish this hotel had a complimentary breakfast and a refrigerator in the room!!! Would stay more often.

Great place to stay! Service was great, hotel was clean and pretty!

We had a very nice stay. They could have used a book/brochure or something in the room to tell about the amenities, locations and times of operation for them. Also they need some chairs or benches or something out by the valet entrance.

Terrible location to get to. Christine(what a grab should be fired) when called about room hung up on us 5 or 6 times trying to reach front desk. Youg lady, and gentleman at front desk was very nice when checking in but damage was already done with grabass Christine. Selection of channels on TV sucked. Our server at the buffet (Sandy) was very nice. I do not understand why you hire people like Christine who can't even be nice and act like they even care when a person calls in. Without us she won't receive a paycheck. We will never be back and will let every body else know how we feel.

Room had a ceiling fan, that was nice. I really like a fan while I sleep.

We were never told that the casino would be closed during our stay until we checked in. It was very disappointing. When we mentioned it to the desk person at check out, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I thought the whole world knew." and gave us a look like she thought we were stupid people for not knowing that.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The bed was very comfy and enjoyed the Restaurant had a great view. Will be sure to return.

Nice clean rooms. Good rates. Casino was nice too.

We were in town for a concert. We also enjoy casinos. So, seemed like a bonus. Never been there before, can't imagine we'd go back. No one was friendly. In fact, every time we had a question, the staff seemed bothered we were talking to them. From check in, to cab information, to directions - people were just very unfriendly. The food at the buffet was, by far, the worst food I've ever paid for. We kept trying different things thinking something would be decent. It wasn't. (This was the lunch buffet). Some of was bad because it didn't taste good, some of it was way overcooked or burnt even, and some had clearly been sitting there for hours - seemed stale and was cold. That evening, when we went to go into the casino, the security was questioning those who trying to enter. They were asking if they had anything to drink. Those that said yes were told they were intoxicated and not allowed entry. Really? These people were doing nothing wrong. Did not appear intoxicated, were not being obnoxious. Once inside, I went to the bar to order a drink for my husband and myself while he went to play a game. The bartender was rude. He asked who the other drink was for. I told him. He said if the other person wanted the drink, he had to come and get it himself. He was mean and intimidating. I really felt like no one wanted us there. Which is insane as the casino was empty and we were there to spend money. If you truly have a one drink policy, put up a sign. There is no need to be jerks. Guessing at some point they've had issues with people drinking too much. Fine. Deal with those people. Don't mistreat others looking to be entertained in your casino. If they keep up that kind of service, I can't imagine they will stay in business. We've traveled to a number of casinos and this was definitely the most disappointing. The only nice things I can say is that our room was clean and had recently been remodeled. We were told the rooms in the North Tower looked like they were from 1980. Thankfully, we were in the South Tower. And, the slots were affordable and paid pretty good. I was just nervous being in there as we were not made to feel welcome.

The room was ok, but definitely NOT worth the price. The first room when we requested a river view was looking at another side of a building, so we had to go back downstairs & get another room. That room was ok, but still not the room they promised. Later that evening when we wanted to shower & get to bed, the shower drain backed up with lots of crud in it...disgusting. I called the front desk & they said they were sorry, but nothing more. The shower pressure was horrid & you could hardly flush the toiled it pushed so hard. Absolutely no fan in the bathroom. I would NEVER stay there again....way too expensive & you got nothing for that price. I was advised by the front desk, if I had not have gotten the room through another site instead of them, that they would have taken a decent percentage off the room, but since I did I was "out of luck." Made me rethink how I book a hotel room again. The main reason we were staying there was for the river view & the water taxi ride. WE got neither since the view we had to go out side & walk quite a ways & the water taxis were both broken down for the day.

The hotel was perfect location for a concert. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in staff was helpful and helped with information. Night desk staff were not as helpful and a bit rude.

We had lived in the QC but never used this hotel. It has a great location on the Mississippi River and if you get a West facing room, the sunset view is pleasurable. If you stay in the North Tower, stay up high so you don't hear the train which is right nest to the hotel. The 11th floor worked; train didn't wake me. Try Farraday's restaurant. You can sit at the bar and have a salad and a drink without leaving with an empty wallet. The food is really good. If you order a steak, tell the chef to season it! Pricey but good food. Nice bathrooms in the North Tower with glassed walk-in showers. No drawers. No mini- bars. Go figure! Parking is free and right in front!

Well I must say the resort was right on when it came to making your stay very nice. I did have to make a call to the front desk at midnight about the loud kids in the hallway going between two different rooms. This was after almost 2 hours of trying to get some sleep. So after the voices in the hall stopped (thank you security) We still had to deal with another hour of slamming doors, and knocking on their room doors. Took great pleasure in knocking on their room door at 7am when we were ready to leave, and wish them a nice LONG day!

Very nice Hotel located right across from the riverboat Casino. Bed and pillows were comfortable, very nice bathroom. The buffett was very good. Only complaint was the carpet was stained and should be cleaned or replaced.

Comfortable Night stay. Wonderful staff and great rooms

My experience was bad from the time I checked in. They did not correctly reserve my room. We moved twice due to that. The best thing was the food we were able to get when we got back to the hotel late. The worst thing was the staff at the casino. I will never stay here again due to that. They were rude, disrespectful, and I believe that they profiled. The place was subpar quality and definitely not worth paying the most for a hotel in the area.

The room was so clean, guy who checked us in was great for a 930pm check in and he was really nice. only 2 bad things the price of the room and the casino smell like cigarettes and smoke everywhere, but I do wish we had time to go swimming in the indoor pool.

Wish we had more time to spend! It was a quick trip. i do have one question-Kids are allowed to be at the hotel correct? Where is the pool?

We along with friends from work booked rooms here for after a concert at the iWireless Center. For the money it was NOT worth it. My husband sits down on the bed and couldn't hardly get back out it was so broken down. You could tell the mattress hadn't been flipped in ages; if ever. We booked a smoking room for a reason, to smoke...no ashtrays. Our friends room looked like someone had decided to use the bathroom before they checked in. Bathmat was on the floor of the room and a towel was waded up and laying next to the toilet stool. Carpets were all stained in their rooms as well. They should also tell you when reserving your room which "tower" you'll be staying in so that you don't have to unload your vehicle at "tower" 2, wait in line while the "1" clerk helps about 6 groups of people checking in and then when she finally is able to get to you....you're told to take your luggage up the escalator, back across two catwalks, find the evalator and go to the third floor. They'll help you over there. Some of us are not for physical reasons able to walk that distance without assistance. Also, when you go to check out don't believe the clerk at the counter in tower 1 when she says she's called over for your vehicle....after waiting 20 minutes my husband walked over to tower 2 to see what the hold up was....1st..the clerk never called like she said she had and 2nd, they wouldn't have brought it over if she had, you have to scan the ticket you're given the night you check in at tower 2. How hard would it have been to have told us this instead of saying she had called over and they'd be right over.?.? You probably won't see us here again nor the other two parties who were with us. Not a good experience for the money we had to pay. I've paid far less for much better rooms and service.
