My room was open and airy
The room was booked for 2 adults and 3 kids, yet only had 2 queen beds. No sofa sleeper, no roll away. The manager told us there is nothing he could do about 3rd party info (booked on orbitz). TV did not work.
We have usually been happy with Hampton inns in the past, but this time was far from our normal experience. The service and management while friendly, seemed to be incompetent. They charged us the full amount for the room, even though we had already paid through orbitz. I paid thinking it was the normal security deposit most places require, however it was not. I was given no receipts. I then noticed I was charged and went to talk with them, and they reassured me that it would not go through, and would be gone in the morning. It is now 5 days later and it has completely gone through my account and has not been refunded. I have talked to 4 different people, all assuring me it would be taken care of, and it has not been handled. Had I wanted to pay double I would have stayed at a much nicer hotel, or at an Airbnb. On top of that the pool was so foggy you couldn’t see the bottom, housekeeping seemed to be no where around and completely unhelpful. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with a Hampton inn.
Everything was great! Food, the room and customer service were all awesome! The pool could use a little work, but it was adequate and we all had a blast!
Room was great, just no TV operation. Call to complain, no answer.
The location is a great place. The TV didn’t work and I let the front desk know he said to wait 20 mins I did and he said he couldn’t help me. The next morning TV still didn’t work let the front desk know again and he came right up and fixed it.
Very clean as usual. Great location with a variety of restaurants right around it. Free breakfast was good.
The place was just how we expected it. The staff were polite and courteous.

Through Orbitz the price couldn't be beat so I thought I give it a try. It was a great location for my trip, clean, quiet and exceptionally helpful staff. I would recommend
We have stayed here over the years, and have always enjoyed the hotel. Staff is great, breakfast is nice, small pool but to kids it doesn't matter much. The area around this hotel has grown a lot. A lot of construction going on. The noise level is pretty loud especially very early in the morning so if your a light sleeper I would take ear plugs.Over all we like this hotel.
