I had a beautifull room a wonderful bed but i had a surprise on the next morning my bed was shaking there was an engine down stairs and my bed was really shaking i woke up withfear. I asked them to change my room and they rpoposed me another one who smelled mold so i asked them another room finally ok. But theycharged me a different price so i want to complain about thatthemanager just decided to change the price. So unhappy and disappointed. Irene Leriche

Very nice space around property. Great walkable town. Lovely sitting outside of the Beekman Arms. But room at the Delamater in was shabby and could you an update, especially for the price $290.

WiFi was not working for most of my stay. When it did work, the speed was very slow. Staff was informed, but did not resolve the issue. Bathroom floor was not level, so toilet was not level, and the toilet seat was loose and kept sliding to the side off of the bowl. The shower had a curtain that drifted inward and stuck to body during shower. The address given on the reservation is not where check-in happens, and it was deserted when I arrived, with no sign telling me where to go for check-in. The in-room keurig coffee maker has likely never been cleaned out to remove mineral build up. Coffee produced by that machine tasted horrible. positives: I thought that the bed was of good quality. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the shower

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your recent stay, we are sorry that you were a bit disappointed in your room. Renovations are always happening throughout the property. We have many rooms to choose from and some that are even more affordable than the one you stayed in which you may find more appealing. We would love to be able to welcome you back to be able to experience more of our property you enjoyed! Thank you again

Hi B, Thank you for your recent stay and taking the time to leave your feedback. Sorry to hear about those issues you encountered. The WIFI is an issue that we are trying to resolve, with buildings as old as ours getting the WIFI perfect has proven to be a tricky thing! We do try to call all guests to let them know were to check-in, not sure if they missed you or did not have a working number. Again sorry about the issues you did have, we hope you will return again to give us the opportunity to give you a more pleasant stay!
