online when booking my stay it wasn't noted how much parking cost. It was $38 a night, which seemed way to expensive in my opinion. Thankfully the doorman was nice enough to point us to a spot right in front of the hotel and let us park there for our 1 night stay. I really liked that they gave you ...
Let me state right at first, this is not a hotel, its something like an Air BnB. If you are expecting a hotel experience you will be disappointed. That said, the size of this apartment is huge! very nicely furnished, was clean, great location, all around an outstanding place to stay. Did I mention ...
Was not informed prior to stay that hotel was under renovation. Room was clean but shower head was broken and tv went in and out. View wasn’t great and hotel is only close to the red metro line. Would recommend to others when updates have been done.

Not one complaint. Super staff. Accommodating. Everything you need.
I only come to DC for visas about once a year. This city is not a place to come to if you want to relax and be lazy. It does have great foreign food options and government and historical building. The traffic and way people drive here is stressful and tiring. (Typical capital city) After a day of running around and trying to get things done, it is nice to come back here where the people smile, and welcome you. It is like coming home after a bad day of work. Valet parking attendants are so kind and greet you with a smile and small talk. I enjoyed everything about this hotel and staff. The location is good to walk down and get a Chinese visa. Best hotel I have stayed in in DC. If I have to come back to DC (last trip, I hope) Then I will stay here for sure!!! It will be like coming back to visit friends.
