Booked this while on the road as a quick and convenient stop on our trip. The hotel seemed to be in the processes of renovations. The door key did not work. Our tub would not drain water. Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night and jigled the handle. The "breakfast" was cereal and juice. Got what I paid for I guess.
Breakfast not ready at 6am start time, very thin towels and washcloths, no in room coffee maker, torn carpet.
The sheets had a burn whole in them. Dead smushed coach roach behind the toilet hair in the shower. Their breakfast bar consists of cereal granola bar and an apple is all you had the coffee was really cold and yucky. The positive was nice tv had a ironing board and iron nice size fridge. I would give their bed 3.5 out of 5

The property was old and dirty. The pictures are a lie. The bathtub was gross. The bed was comfortable. The TV was hard to figure out with two remotes.
The staff was nice and accommodating. Most of the other guests (or locals) that we interacted with were sketchy. Nice place for a cheap hotel.
The doorl lock, and the bathroom plumbing needed service.
The property is VERY dirty and outdated. There were a crowd of individuals using narcotics in the property. This property is not family friendly.
Pool was a chemical waste dump. Breakfast was poorly conceived. Staff was nice but they kept threatening us with Law enforcement
The location was convenient right by the airport. It looks like it could be updated. I stayed three nights for a conference that was in the hotel next door, Hampton Inn. Next time, I would just spend the extra money to stay at the Hampton Inn. The bedding and towels were stained in my first room. The light over the sink went out and I switched rooms. The pool was small but nice. Neither the pool room nor the gym had all the lights on (are they trying to save on electricity?). The first night I attempted to use the gym. I went on the exercise bike (no treadmill and the elliptical was making weird sounds). The temperature was warm - I turned the AC on when I got there and the second day went back - it was finally a good temp to work out in. I stayed in a room all by myself and they gave me three towels. Please just give people the benefit of the doubt and give four towels like normal hotels. When I had a friend stay the last night and use the pool, we asked for more towels, and it seemed inconvenient - having to get them from the laundry room. Overall, 2 star hotel. The breakfast was ok, but then I saw the Hampton Inn breakfast because of my conference - you won't be disappointed there - stay at Hampton Inn!
Pool and breakfast were nice. Liked the proximity to the interstate. Staff was friendly. Pool was a little on the cool side. Room smelled a little funny, bathroom smelled like motor oil. However, much better than the Baymont that we stayed in the week prior.
Needs updated. Very aged. Staff not quite able to handle the volume of work on such an aged facility.
The smell of cigarette smoke hits you the moment you walk into this hotel. The pool area does not have towel. You have to ask at the desk for them. I booked a room with 2 double beds & a pull out couch for my family. Upon entering our room, that smelled of mold & again cigarette smoke, there was no couch. We went to the front desk & asked to be switched to the room I had reserved through Orbitz. The hotel told us they do not have any rooms at there hotel with a couch, much less a pull out couch! They were kind enough however to give us a roll away bed for the night. Breakfast consisted of bagels, bread, waffles, oatmeal (but no water dispenser unless you went into the bathroom in the lobby to get water) hard boiled eggs that were kept in a fridge that smelled of spoiled milk. This place was awful, completely disgusting bathrooms with hair on the floor & around the sink area. Carpet felt dirty under your feet, even with socks on. Just completely filthy !!
felt very dated and tired. the staff does a just passable job of cleaning the big obvious areas but miss places like around the shower door

This hotel is nothing like it is pictured… It is filthy it smells like marijuana and incense and the beds are terrible… They charge you $10 for a rollaway cot that is more uncomfortable then the accommodations in county jail… I feel like I wasted my money and I would have preferred to stay in a campsite where at least the mess is my own and not some filthy nasty lot lizard shack
