Hotel is about what you would expect from Motel 6. I would say an 8 compared to other similar properties but the staff was wonderful. From check in with Roy who was great, efficient and helpful with questions to an unexpected change of plans and a rush check out with Josephine, that staff was awesome. ...
They charged my card b4 i got there. I wanted to use a different card but was told " we already ran this one". Drug addicts outside my room. Ac was hard to use. Handles missing from faucet. Just a run down hotel. Needs to be refurbished. Walls were patched up badly. Tiny roaches running around in ...
It was too expensive. Internet service was an extra fee. They had a wedding reception on the front lawn until 11:30 p.m. That kept us and I'm sure a few other guests from getting a good night's sleep. That was especially annoying as we had an early flight out the next day. The lights in the room ...
I'm rating this with the price in mind. This hotel was excellent for this price range. If you want the Sheraton, pay for it. I needed an affordable overnight stay for a conference and this was it. I got a nice, clean, large suite with microwave, refrigerator and even a stove. No in room coffee but ...
This place operates as a emergency shelter for the homeless. It smells so sickening we left after The first day and manager refused refund for the second. The smell actually made my eyes burn and face tingle.NOT safe for children or for anyone who needs to breathe!
Great staff and good facility - Nice breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable.
I loved this hotel. I felt like a king as the hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Check in was a breeze, the elevators were modern and speedy, the restaurant was delicious and I only wish I had time for the beautiful pool. My room was clean and well kept. Close enough to walk to Disneyland and the Public transportation was easily accessible as well. I will stay here again and again.
Easy to get to Disneyland or around the area People that work there are great after a few days they will recognize you and greet you will
The staff was above and beyond. They were available and helped with everything.
