The staff is nice enough but the room odor of cigarettes is awful. It appears to be in the bed, sheets, etc as well as in the curtains. Turning on the a/c only circulates the smell more. Televisions are basic cable and they are the small size. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable.
Bathtub leaked all night.. elevator in building we stayed sounded super screechy like it didn’t have much life left and breakfast buffet was awful and overpriced..p.s. parking is rediculous and it’s $18 a day ..staff was great on the positive side.
Well located near the Ontario, CA airport, this hotel is certainly decent. I have stayed many times and mostly it has been consistently a comfortable and nice place to stay. Rooms are nice, bathrooms adequate, bed is comfortable and the halls are quiet. The free breakfast is nice and makes getting ...

Hotel is good. Grounds are nice, good location. The decor could use a refresh. Staff was very friendly.
staff was nice hotel was clean set back off the road room was clean bed was a little harder then my liking but I have a sleep number breakfast was very good "parking" lots of parking that is hard 2 find at most hotels only took 15 min 2 Disneyland
Hotel was great. Perfect for my family of 5. I would give it 3.5-4/5. Cons: the toilet kept flushing every 5-10mins, Heater wasnt working, No extra blanket for the pull out bed just a sheet and fitted sheet, and no in-room service menu. Also the living room cable sucks! Signal was horrible. Had to kept messing with the wire in the back of the tv to get it working. But only for a couple of channels. Pros: bed was comfy, blanket was nice and warm, room was perfect size, nice courtyard view, and it was quiet. Love the family friendly atmosphere. 5-10 mins walk to Medieval Times, Porto’s, and Pirate Dinner Adventures. Could see Knotts Berry Farm from the hotel. Love the walking distance. I would go back!
This place was great for the price I paid. I was expecting very little from this place but to my surprise it was actually very nice. Hotel staff were very professional and welcoming.
