im ok with it is nice, very accessible hotel i give 5 star for it

I booked online and was attracted by the low rate. Here is a classic example of "you get what you pay for". It was affordable, but not at all luxurious. Very nice kitchen, cheap towels, cheap coffee maker, no iron. The shower head leaked so the stream was very light, but the water was hot. Worst of all they over charged me by two nights.

Terrible condition of rooms. Dirty stained carpet Smelled of cigarettes and dog Peep hole in door was inoperable (stuffed with tissue) That was my first and last experience at a Red Roof Inn.

Comfortable neat and clean freeway close and yet not noisy. I would consider joining their rewards program if I stayed there more often.

We were told that the iron and ironing board didn't come with the "business" suite/room! nor was there one available. We were attending a wedding that night and luckily a hot steam shower got the wrinkles out.

bathroom walls had grime & mildew bathroom shower had discarded hair paper thin walls, could hear EVERY thing next door, needed to move rooms no facial tissues too close to the freeway, very hard to sleep alarm clock not working no night table on one side of bed

Near 57 freeway, and 210 freeway. Grocery and fast food nearby. Free parking, and free wifi. But the wifi is not steady. My air-condition stop by self during the night, so the morning is cold (I stay there on February). Only one thing unhappy, the sink no hot water. Overall is good.

Due to the price, this Motel has many "long term" guests that are loud and like to stay up all night. The other issue is the hoirrible internet that never worked. Just because something is cheap, doesn't mean it's good. Like when you buy that cheap shampoo, or razor, sorry it's not as good as the name brand. Red Roof in San Dimas is just bad, even for a name brand.

Older hotel, clean n quiet. Needs some maintenance work and up grades in the restrooms.

The clerk was nice, everything else was awful! Dirty bathroom, cockroaches, my car got broke into so not a safe area. Overall awful place

It was way too hot and too bright. The curtains do not provide and shade during the day so the room stays hot. This was the worst hotel for $90.00. I would not recommend it to nobody.

Staff was extremely helpful and accomdating. Room was clean but lacked some amenities (i.e.: coffee pot), and showed lack of maintenance. There were chipped paint spots on inside of the door and cracked toilet tank top. Biggest negative was the elevator! There was a large wet spot on the carpet and a very strong offensive odor which was almost nauseating! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone at any price!

We booked this hotel after our other one fell through. We had never been to San Dimas and glad we went. What a beautiful area. Hotel was looked nice, had an awesome pool and jacuzzi. When we got to the hotel though the hot water was out in all of the building we were in. It didn't bother us so we took cool showere that night. They said it will be fixed by the next morning. The next morning we had no water. It was kind of upsetting, but no too bad. We would return to this hotel.

Location was great! Access to lots of shopping and easy on and off to freeway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a moldy odor, like wet carpet.

Red roof san dimas definitely makes you feel comfort especially due to their safe quite environment. Staff was nice and even gave suggestions for places to visit. Our stay at the Red Roof inn was without a doubt a pleasurable experience. Thank you.

It was great!!! Staff was amazing. And it was cozy. Loved the courtyard. Felt safe

I usually stay at low priced hotels so the room was average to me. I probably will not go back to this location. I had my 12 year old daughter she got creeped out when she saw a bug crawl up the wall. Then a weird guy approached us in the parking lot.

have stayed before, but this room (131) had a urine smell to it . usually very clean

If you are visiting LA on budget, try this hotel to save $ to spend somewhere else. Pool needs some attention. Rooms were clean and it was a secure place to stay.
