Absolutely Amazing!!!

Reception staff was the ABSOLUTE BEST I have ever encountered. I travel every week for business and have stayed in numerous 4 & 5 star hotels, and still have never been received by such a positive and helpful individual as I did here. Room upgrades, extra towels, breakfast dietary modifications... all handled with courtesy, understanding and attentiveness. I wish I could remember his name. Excellent employee!!!

The room was nice. What I didn't like is I did not get the first floor room I requested (bad knees, no elevator), which customer service said would be reserved for me. The room was nice enough for me to give them another chance.
