This ground level studio is fully furnished and decorated. It has a double size bed, closet, smart tv, WiFi, sofa and kitchenette with microwave, stove and mini fridge.



IMPORTANT: For safety and design reasons, the windows in the bed area are non-operable.

The Neighborhood:

The Zazil-Ha neighborhood is good for people who want to be close to all the action but not right in the middle of it. The area is a more local neighborhood than the others, and is a top choice among expats and digital nomads in Playa del Carmen. Here you’ll find a few daytime beach clubs, tons of great local restaurants, and a few chilled out bars.



Things really start to mellow out on La Quinta in this part of town. By the time you reach CTM Avenue, there isn’t much going on. It actually becomes a bike path here, so it’s a great place to go for a ride or a jog.

Small But Okay

This condo was much smaller than the pictures made it look. You must stand in the shower to close the bathroom door since the door is right in front of the sink. Refrigerator is small and not much room for storing groceries after bottles of water are set inside. The Condo is also on the first floor and directly in front of the security check-in. If your a light sleeper, this will not be the unit for you since it's loud. Unit was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall-okay.
