Location was perfect only a block and a bit from 5th avenue. 6 minute walk to beach and 5 minutes the other direction to grocery store. 6 story apartment style condo with street view and private sitting balcony. Roof top pool with view of the sea. Covered deck (shared) for dining or hanging out and sun tan deck on top for soaking up the sun. Would highly recommend the property. We also found excellent communication with local contact and property management. The night security was also a great feature.

Liked location and modern building, good bathroom. Some construction noise nearby and little things missing (items of cutlery, somewhat threadbare sheets) but overall a pleasant stay. Was not aware we were expected to pay cash for the balance.

The proximity to the beach was excellent. My kids really enjoyed visiting the beach down the road. No need to take your own beach towels as the property provides you with some. There was some noise due to construction being done next door to the property. For the price this was a good property to stay at with our family. Alex was very fast in responding and also accommodating to our needs during our stay.

Super appartement

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais c'était parfait. Nous sommes arrivés librement car l'appartement était ouvert, ensuite Alex nous a rejoint pour les formalités du check in, très bonne communication :) L'appartement se situe tout près de la plage et d'une rue avec des resto/bars et quelques commerces. Cuisine équipée et salle de bain top. La piscine sur le toit est un peu petite mais la plage est proche
