Four of us stayed in one room and never felt cramped. The beds and pillows were comfy. Didn't try the sofa as a sleeper. Breakfast was a full breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, pastries and cereals. Coffee needed help, but we are from Seattle and therefore ...
This time I stayed 4 nights. The Jane is in a great location for ambience, for eating and for transportation. Very reasonal price, great location, free wifi, hot breakfast and parking...counter staffs are professional and so friendly(the Asian gentleman spent time to suggest me some good Korean restaurant when I checked in and when we checked out the rep was very courteous also, peinted out tge directions ...
The location is very good. Bus #320 stop is right across the street, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Ride to NYC is quite short, 10-15mins. With a bit of uplift of the look and general upgrade of the facilities including the bathroom, it could be a real nice hotel.

If you are looking for a "BUDGET STAY" then this is your place, and my room was located over "the old building", however the lady who was at the front desk was not welcoming and pleasant at all towards me and that is a low point in my opinion as well as many people who expect basic norms of courtesy and etiquette in a hospitality industry.
Did stay long, need hourly rates though. Only needed a place to rest for a moment. But overall a very good stay, would definitely return. A place I would recommend to anyone that was going to be in the area....
