This hotel needs complete renovation. You can smell cigarettes in non smoking room and everywhere on the property [room, hallway, elevator, lobby]. The staffs need to be professional as well. Overall i rate this place 1/5
This is the worst hotel i have been in many years. Dirty. Room disgusting. Elevator smells pot. Lobby messy, dirty and full of boxes. I was going to leave but couldn't find another hotel available with decent reviews.
my daughter ad 5 grandkids were unable to stay. Filthy environment and felt unsafe. They were only there long enough to see the room. they were told no refund since it was past 15 minutes. cigarette butts in the creaky elevator was the first impression

For the area the hotel was a 7 out of 10. Hotel staff very accommodating. The parking lot and entryways were dirty And alot trash. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Shower head spewing water. Complained to staff three days in a row and they did not fix it.
Dirty! smelled horrible! stains on the walls, bed, carpet, etc. the only good thing about this hotel was that we left and received our money back!
It was a good experience clean and refreshing off a day of travel
THIS HOTEL ISN'T AS BAD AS ALL THE REVIEWS. IT WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I WOULD HAVE IS CERTAIN AREAS SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE ESPECIALLY IN THE ELEVATOR BUT OTHER THAN THAT I DIDN'T SMELL IT. THE ELEVATOR WAS SLOW AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.
Shuttle driver came as soon as we called, even though it was not on the normal schedule. Tommy went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. The hotel met our expectations.
It was OK I would stay here again.the issue was the guest were smoking marijuana and traveled down the hall.
