Super close to Park City's vibrant Main Street and Town Lift, this newly remodeled and spacious condo sleeps up to 4 people. One parking space is also provided. The free area shuttle stop is just in front of the complex offering easy access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually all of Park City's renowned activities, dining and entertainment.
The bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed with 24-hours advanced notice. The sofa-sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is conveniently adjacent to both the bedroom and living room.
The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together whether you're cooking, seated at the dining table for 6, or relaxing on the comfy furniture next to the wood-burning fireplace.
Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub available in the winter and summer, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

Convinient Location
We enjoyed our weekend stay at your first floor condo. It had everything we needed for our long weekend trip and would consider staying here again. There was plenty of parking on site and we were able to walk to restaurants on Main Street. Thank you!

For the price this is a SLAMDUNK
All Things Considered, really happy with the week I stayed here... Price was great, unit is very big, real working fireplace with wood provided, full kitchen, nice private patio, community hot tub and swimming pool, keypad lock on the door so no keys to deal with. Also i was surprised it was a very quiet unit while we were there. I'm sure there are far nicer places in park city but for the price this place was great... (the unit has definitely had a lot use over the years)
Location is the real deal with this place, a block or so from town lift and all the shopping and restaurants. Also park ave bus stop right out front of unit, buses run pretty regular and free to use. I would suggest not renting a vehicle if you're flying in, there was no need for a vehicle with the location, I used airport transportation and then could get everywhere via bus or walking.
One thing to note (didn't negatively effect my stay tho) this is a 1 bedroom unit, but the bedroom has two single beds in it and then the living room couch is a pullout queen (or so) size bed. So for a family the kids get the bedroom and the adults sleep in the living room? It seems a little unusual...So its probably something to think about If there is someone you want to share a bed with it will have to be in the living room.

We were very pleased with the unit and the property managers. Location was great. Unit was clean and larger than we expected. We really appreciated the groceries we ordered being stocked in our unit when we arrived. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great place to stay right in town next to the lift
The location of the condo is perfect. It's walking distance to the town lift and restaurants, a five-minute walk.
The condo was just as pictured and was maintained very well. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The condo has Cable TV in each bedroom and plenty of firewood. What it didn't have was dishwashing soap, a sponge to wash dishes or a pot holder to take out pans from the oven.
I gave four stars because the WIFI was terrible with an unstable signal that would keep dropping. We have Verizon for our cellular carrier, and the cell signal while in the condo wasn't great so a reliable WIFI signal would be beneficial. Also, the heater is shared with the lock-off unit 2 and was not working correctly. When unit 2 had their heat on we were getting all their heat and no heat was going in their unit. We woke up with the temperature at 80 degrees one morning. While the heater was not fixed during our stay, a maintenance person came and showed us how to work with the furnace to stop the constant heat in our unit.
I was very pleased with Park City Lodging. They were very helpful and accommodating! I shipped my ski bags ahead of time to the Park City Lodging office, and the bags were waiting for us in our condo when we got in. The communication from Park City Lodging was excellent. They were very easy to contact and very responsive. Great service!
