Nestled in the heart of Empire Pass at Deer Valley Resort, Abode at Arrowleaf is a luxuriously appointed slope-side residence. This stunning two bedroom with ensuite bathrooms home features a state-of-the-art kitchen, elegantly decorated living area with gas fireplace and accessibility to some of the most sought after terrain at Deer Valley Resort. With access to some of the most magical hiking trails, rugged mountain biking treks, & the Empire Pass Shuttle being just a hop, skip, and jump away this is the perfect Abode for the group who wants to fully immerse themselves in the adventure that is Deer Valley.



Guests will delight in the many upgraded features and lux amenities of this Deer Valley home. The gourmet eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make, serve & enjoy home-cooked or private chef-prepared meals the entire time you’re in residence, opening to a large dining room that comfortably seats 6-8 people, and also opens to a private balcony, with an in-line grill and views of the Lady Morgan ski runs and beyond.



Private and public amenities include private ski lockers, private PlayStation 5, a game room with pool table, cozy lounge area, three hot tubs as well as a heated, underground parking garage. The ski locker is less than 75 feet from the ski run! Giving great ski - in ski - out access to the Silver Strike Express chairlift.



Tucked away in Deer Valley, surrounded by Rocky Mountain skylines and pine trees, Abode at Arrowleaf is your convenient base camp for alpine adventure & indulgence, no matter the season. Located 10 minutes away from Main Street or Park City Mountain base area and only a mile away to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. Guests of Abode at Arrowleaf may also take advantage of the complimentary Empire Express shuttle service, providing on-call service within Empire Pass and the greater Park City limits. Destinations range from Park City Main Street, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Medical Center at Quinn’s Junction.

Park City's free transit system, fueled by biodiesel, is the most environmentally friendly and easiest way to get around during your stay. The Main Street Trolley operates along Main Street daily from 10:00 AM until 11:00 PM. It will stop just about anywhere along the street. Stand at any of the trolley stop signs or just give a wave to the driver indicating you would like to ride. The Trolley also serves as a connection between Main Street and the Old Town Transit Center where connections can be made to all other bus routes in the system.

Beautiful, spacious condo in exclusive Deer Valley! Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and great living room with a fireplace to lounge around and watch movies after skiing. Convenient indoor parking along with a large ski/boot locker. Walk out the door and up a few stairs and you are on the slopes and less than 100 yards downhill to the chairlift.

We had a great stay! The condo is beautiful with views of the mountain. We loved the furious & blankets & a few chess matches were played after dinner. We had everything we needed from extra pillows, and blankets, to games and cooking/kitchen items. The location cannot be beat!: ski in/ski out with easy locker storage! Also close to town. We loved it!!! We do wish there was folded clothing storage in the bunk room. You can sleep a family, they’ll just have to hang everything. There were more than plenty of hangers!!! So nice. Great condo, easy booking, responsive hosts!

All Around Fantastic Property and Service

If you are looking for ski-in/ski-out at mid-mountain/Empire Pass Deer Valley than you can't beat this place. The condo is clean, luxurious and comfortable. The condo has absolutely everything you need and it perfectly situated location-wise a few hundred feet up the hill from the lift. Anything that requires assistance is handled by the property manager, Abode, who has been awesome to deal with. This was our second time renting this condo, and it won't be the last assuming it is available. Thanks to the owner and Abode.

My family and I enjoyed a week at this wonderful property in January 2022. What a beautiful home! We loved everything about it. It was extremely clean, well appointed, and impeccably decorated. The views were absolutely stunning. The ski-in / ski- out access is the best on the mountain. The rental agency was outstanding to deal with - the best experience we have ever had. Excellent location; really nice property

This is an ideal location for skiing. The ski lockers make it simple to store your gear and hit the slopes in minutes, come in for lunch and finish the day in the hot tub. the free empire pass transportation is great if you want to go into town. We loved the roominess of the condo, the comfy throws and well-appointed kitchen. We were disappointed that the gas fireplace didn’t work but I assume it will be fixed for future guests. We would totally rent here again!

Very nice Arrowleaf condo in Empire pass area . Perfect for family of 4. Well equipped for renters l . True ski in ski out with convenient locker room. Nicely decorated for Christmas was an added benefit. Nice view. Note that no cable so to access live TV you will need to log in to your cable provider and or streaming services so remember to bring or have access to your logon credentials. Definitely would rent again.

Perfect ski-in/ski-out property

This is a fantastic condo. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s literally 15 feet from the front door the elevator, another 30 feet to the ski locker, and 75 more to the Deer Valley slopes. Getting to town is about 10 minutes by car, where there is a Fresh Market and other shopping/restaurants. The unit was very clean and more spacious than the pictures might suggest. Also, it was very well equipped with everything you might need (laundry and dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee filters, etc.). Finally, the abode staff was responsive to text messages, and extremely nice/helpful. Overall a great experience and we plan to rent this property again.

Perfect ski-in, ski-out location.

The condo was comfortable, roomy, and very well-appointed. Our group of four was really happy that the ski slope was literally a few steps from the locker room and fed directly to a lift. The double-sized ski locker had plenty of room for our skis and included a boot dryer. It was very quick and easy to use the Empire Pass app to arrange for free rides to and from various places around the Park City area. We will definitely be returning to the Abode at Arrowleaf!
