This was the worse experience I've ever had! Completely messed up my 20th wedding anniversary and the first vacation my hysband and I have EVER taken! False advertisement/representation. The property is NOT in the condition which is shown online! I was given kets to a room only to go inside and discover someone was already staying in that room with all of their clothes and belongings strewn about the room. Then after walking back to the office I was placed on the bottom floor with no balcony, refrigerator, or microwave as my booking guarantee stated. Upon getting to that room, the room keys I was issued didnt work. Raw sewage smell and leak. Bugs in room. Would not stay at these properties again. Matter of fact, I wouldn't let my dog stay there. Both the Reef and Seahaven need to be condemned!

There was 3 cockroaches and when I called the front desk, no one ever answers. Terrible! Very very dirty place. We will never stay here again!

the property states online that it is pet friendly, they have changed their policy and not updated their information. Thankfully my pet is a service pet, otherwise I would hae been left with no place for my family to stay, as the enitre area was booked due to our stay falling during "bike week", which we did not know. Also, the parking lot of our hotel was used as the hub for :bike week" activities, making parking for us a half block away and very disappointing. The rate of noise from the motorcycles was horrible. The condition of the hotel was awful, from mold and rust in the bathroom, to the dripping a/c units onto our balcony from the above floors, the crumbling cement and paint missing everywhere. The lack of maintenence

For the price it was okay.. however, when we checked in they had a toilet full of poop that hadn’t been flushed which lead me to believe room hadn’t been cleaned. It was right on the beach that’s ab it

The room was dirty & smelled. Our shower never drained properly. Parking was terrible. House keeping never came to our room once during our stay. The only thing good about this room was the closeness to the beach

This hotel is awful. Just filthy rooms. This hotel should be closed. False advertising. I know that you don’t care but if anyone else reads this don’t make the same mistake.

To start off I will say the staff members were super nice and accommodating. Long story short we had checked in and checked the room out. We had left for not even an hour and came back to find another couple in our room. Thank goodness we hadn't unpacked yet. I'm pretty sure the room got double booked, nobody was being clear on what was going on but it just so happened to work out in our favor, otherwise it could have gotten ugly. We stayed in the pet friendly building. The building and rooms are in much need of a total remodel in and out.

Mixture of good and bad. Okay kitchen, not good carpet, no trash can, no broom or vacuum. Door to balcony is extremely old and does not close all the way. Only one chair on balcony and a broken table. Complained twice about Extremely Loud Music two floors below us that we could hear even at 10 at night. Obviously nothing was done about it. Personally will not stay there again. For the price you can get a much nicer place to stay.

Check in in one building then walk to where you sleep, parking is a nightmare since the hole world shares the parking space. Elevator small and no ventilation to be in summer in florida with no ventilation is suicide. The room OMG it smelled the door looked like it was pried open and never was fixed and anybody could open it with a knife. The bathroom would not stop dripping water try to sleep with that noise all night. And the AC barely pushed air out of it. It was a nightmare but i needed a place to stay and the money was none refundable so i had to stay...

The view to the beach was fantastic. The beds were comfy. The wall had cracks, the shower smelled and had stains. The door to the room required a massive shove to shut. The sink had a cockroach. The shower had an enormous air bubble trapped under the linoleum. The table was broken. And the pillows were like sleeping on a pile of rocks.

Horrible! No manager on site! Still fighting to get my full refund as did not stay there! Moved twice due to roaches! No towels! Ice machine broke!

I've heard about the "roach motels" but never truly ran into it in all my years til this place lol. And I've stayed in some pretty low down hotels. I enclosed pics of how we walked into the room. One was smashed on the wall right beside the tv. You couldn't miss it. A couple days in I grabbed my pool bag (it only had tanning lotion & bathing suits in it) And as I was going threw it a live roach was walking threw it. I killed it. Now that were home my guest has found roaches in his bags.

Beautiful views from the balconies. Renovations in process. Until those renovations are complete, I would call this place overpriced. The rooms are dated and not very clean. Our shower would never shut completely off. The TV remote never worked, and when reported to the front desk, we were politely told that the remotes came from the cable company. We never had another remote. The breakfast least a lot to be desired even for a continental. The friendly are the only saving grace here.

There was fees that was not disclosed to me at purchase. Orbitz normally tells you of them, so I am not sure if they failed or if the hotel did not inform them. It was an extra $84. Then the office is not located where it can be found easily. Horrible parking. Never found an ice maker. But, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was descent for what I expected from them. The hotel is located within walking distance of plenty shops, restauraunts, and easy access to the beach.

Don’t do it. It’s way over priced for it’s worth. Go somewhere else.

We stayed here last September and enjoyed it so booked it again for a quick weekend getaway. It was packed but still the staff was quick and efficient getting people checked in and to their room. We had room room 469. It was a nice room with a great balcony. Showed a bit of wear and tear but was clean and comfortable. Loved sleeping with the balcony door open. Check out was super fast. We definitely wanna stay at this property again!

All good - 4th stay here - easy and affordable! great view and great proximity to attractions - walking distance to many restaurants and bars - Sharkys is next door and that's always a good time! You might even catch one of those Wyndham timeshare folks outside that'll give you 150 gift card just to listen to their spill and tell em NO -- but if you happen to draw Savannah. be forewarned, shes so so sweet until you tell her NO and she flips on you instantly and gets really abrasive! But you still get the money! Love it!!!
