This beautifully decorated condo, features stunning views from the 12th floor of the 'AQUA' blue gulf waters from the private balcony. The condo can accommodate 6 guests and is conveniently located to shopping, resturants and tourist attractions such as Pier Park, Gulf World, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, and Panhandle Helicopter rides. So many things to do within a short walking distance.

The gulf front master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors leading to balcony, to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while viewing spectacular sunsets! Master also has a big walk in closet and spacious master bath that includes walk in shower, garden tub and double sinks.

There is a queen sleeper sofa and extra bunk room that will sleep 2 more .
Hall bath has walk in shower , toilet and single sink.

Kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked with everything (dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware) that you will need for a comfortable stay.
Dining area seats 4 with 2 extra seats at breakfast bar.

Everything about this condo is amazing! It is EXTREMELY clean, the 12th floor is a great location, furniture and beds are comfortable and the host is terrific to work with. Perfect Beach Getaway for Two

This beach condo was perfect for our winter getaway. Beautiful views of the crystal clear turquoise gulf water and sunsets over the pier. Great for walks on the beach or to nearby Pier Park with plenty of shops and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kelly was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had a couple issues with the appliances which she quickly addressed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
