Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**Parking: Guests must register for parking passes at least 24-hrs before arrival date. The registration fee is $50, and this cost includes one vehicle parking pass. A second parking pass is available for an additional $30, and a third parking pass is available for another additional $50.**

Edgewater 1-412 is a fully renovated 3BR/3BA condo in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach!  The resort is so extensive that you won't ever have to leave once you arrive and golf cart shuttles are provided to take you where you would like. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. Polynesian-style, free form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting, you can lounge to your heart's content!  Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day. Beach service is available for a fee.

If you're the active type, you won't know where to begin!  Edgewater has ten lighted, Plexicushion tennis courts, shuffleboard, a nine hole Executive golf course on site and can provide access to Hombre Golf Club's 27 hole premier course. The summer months bring a calendar of activities for all ages, including beach volleyball, poolside bingo and activities for the kids.  

If you're looking for more adventure, the following water sports and activities can be arranged:  Dolphin encounters, Banana Boat rides, Sailboat Rides/Rentals, Jet Ski Rentals, Boogie Board Rentals, Kayak Rentals, Eco-Tours and Surf Lessons.
