The 8th floor is ideal—high enough to enjoy the beach and shoreline views, while staying above street and pool noise. Relax on the balcony without worrying about mosquitoes or gnats.

We manage the most units at Calypso and can accommodate large groups—perfect for ball teams or family gatherings.

VIP Beach Chair Service included from March through October.

Parking for this unit is limited to one space per Calypso HOA rules. Starting February 10, 2024, the parking charge is $60 per car per stay, managed directly by the HOA. Only one parking pass is allowed for this unit.
