Lazy V-01 Lake Front Five Bedroom, Four Bath Condo with Room to Spread Out!

This 5-bedroom, 4 bath waterfront condo has been updated within the last few years.

New carpet, all new paint and a lot of new furniture. All bedrooms updated with new ceiling fans and lights in 2019!

Two levels of living space including a family room and half kitchen on the lower level. The main walk-in level includes a Master Suite featuring a private bath, king bed and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and third bedroom has a king bed and are located on the main level.

The second master bedroom features a king bed, private bath and deck access. The fifth bedroom features a queen bed.

In addition there is a queen sleeper sofa in the lower level family room. There are two TVs, one Smart TV located in the main level living room and one in the family room on the lower level. This condo also features a covered deck on both levels each overlooking the water, gas grill on the main level deck, two full sized refrigerators (one on each level) and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

The complex features two outdoor pools, a playground, and a pavilion with public grill. There is on-site boat launching, trailer parking, and one boat slip is included (size varies/by request) at no additional cost when renting this condo. Located on the southern end of Osage Beach close to the Main Street Music show, go-karts, attractions and golfing.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a ceiling fan.

There was an issue with parking passes..I was told 4 but could only get 3. The other issue was intense. The grill was never cleaned and a grease fire occurred, luckily we found the fire extinguishers. We loved the location, just wished are boat slip was closer.
