Not happy. We had to change our own sheets which we should not be doing, didn't have enough towels, or toilet paper. And every other morning you could hear the leaf blower outside your room. On the first few days our other party had to share the room with us because there weren't enough. We then wanted to use the firepit. Which was wet because no protection from the rain. So we tried a second night in which we waited an hour and more for someone from the front desk to try. It again did not work. Had a lovely experience 7 years ago, last time I visited. Not this time. So unpleased. The ONLY good thing about this holiday in this resort was the lovely maintenance man who tried everything to accommodate us. Doing more than his job to help. No else bothered. Great man (deserves a raise), horrible place. Ruined the holiday.

I frequent this place a lot with my kids. Small resort, but will not disappoint! I absolutely love the staff members, always pleasant and going over and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay. There is something for everyone to do, right next to fun spot, and great eateries within minutes from the resort!

I am sooooo in love with my accommodations!! I have a bluegreen vacation package and this is one of their resorts. I have the two bedroom villa. It is so roomy and comfortable and yet cozy. The screened in balcony and washer/dryer adds to the feeling of home. 100% satisfied.

This is our 6th stay at a BlueGreen resort. This resort is nestled off International Drive in Orlando next to the Fun Spot. All rooms are renovated and up to date. We were in a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor (very nice). The pool, tennis courts, and grounds are very clean and we'll manicured. The staff at this BlueGreen is very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this resort. (It's close to everything in Orlando)

This is only the second time I have stayed at this resort. The first time was several years ago before "phase 2". At that time I was not impressed with the resort, but this time, I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a Phase II room, 6th floor. The room was great. and I couldn't believe how quiet it was even right next door to the Fun Spot. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall I found was the parking situation. If you come in late, be prepared to hunt for a parking space.

I always try to stay here when I go to Universal Studios, close to the parks, easy access to the bus stops, grocery shopping, and fast food joints. But the upgrades they have done in the past years has really elevated this resort. Full kitchen, laundry in unit, balcony, just easy living surrounds you. Soft close drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom vanity, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, baking pans, and just everything you would need to help you eat in and have more money for the fun things. The staff are top notch. I stayed to 3 resorts this trip, this one as the last one, 7 nights, felt like I was home. Pool area is nice size, not to big to where parents loose sight of their kids. Things to do and play, and grills to have a nice picnic. I always feel pampered here.

We have stayed here a few times. The staff here is always so friendly and eager to help meet any needs to make your stay complete. Great pool area that is great for families with young kiddos up to teenagers. My kids love coming here. My wife and I enjoy the quiet atmosphere, great rooms with screened porch area and the location places next to Universal Studios along with plenty of dining/shopping in walking distance. Pool towels are great, wifi works great in rooms and around the pool, kitchen have all you need to prepare great meals in the room. Also the gas grills are excellent and well kept.

Wonderful room, nice and clean. Great pool and my favorite hot tub I have ever been in. Could use more parking, but there was sufficient, and the lots were close to the rooms. Close to SeaWorld and Universal Studios, and not that far from Disney.

I reserved my room well in advance but when I arrived I was handed a sticky note the front desk staff was waiting all day to hand to me..instead of calling, texting or emailing me, even though they had all of my info.. The sticky note was a 1-800 # to booking.com. They told me they had overbooked and bumped me out of my reservation leaving me with no place to stay. The front desk staff said they had done this to several people this week alone. They told me that booking.com found another place for me to stay. This wasn't true and they knew it. The manager on duty was beyond unapologetic. She was downright rude and disrespectful. They refused to do anything to help us find another place and were indignant despite the fact that they knew I had three kids in my car in their parking lot who had driven from NY and needed to sleep and had every reason to expect our credit card held reservation would be honored. When booking.com tried to call them they didn't pick up the phone.

This location is not in the busy, busy tourist area, but it is close enough. It was exactly what I wanted, easy to get to and get out. Clean, spacious, modern, and a quiet setting. It was close enough to everything, but not crowed, or congested. I especially like that ir had a homey feel to it.
