I only had one real problem, but it was a big one. There was a USED washcloth in the shower. The rest of the room *appeared* clean, but obviously I have my doubts as to how thoroughly it was cleaned. Because hotel resources such as linens, toilets, towels, etc. are used by strangers, I consider cleanliness job #1 - and my review reflects that.
