I was electrocuted

What can I say I was electrocuted I went to plug in my charger to the alarm clock and exploded. Then I was accused of tampering with the cord really no concerns from the gm. He just offered the insurance companies information. Then gave me a hard time when I try to extend my stay.

I got electrocuted

When I checked in I didn’t check my room immediately. I went to the store came back got comfortable went to plug my phone charger to the alarm clock and it exploded. I was electrically shocked. I had to go to emergency room the GM snuck into my room and tried to attempt to remove the alarm clock, but I caught him red-handed the lack of concern for my well-being. Is why I’m disappointed this time around

The room was nothing like i booked it was a rinkity queen bed frame crammed in a small room (I booked a studio with a sofa) it had no sofa and a burnt electric stove bugs crawling on the floor and bathroom and the shower was rusted shut!! Went to complain and the young man at the reception the morning had the most arrogant attitude but tge girl that checked me in the evening before was a absolute sweetheart she was polite respectful and had a very inviting personality..

No me sentìa segura. Era como quedarse en un caserío (se que no todos son malos). Gente sentada en los pasillos y en la puerta trasera como si fuese el patio de la casa, discutiendo e insultandose allí en el lobby, otr@s fumando justo en la entrada del hotel. La alfombra de los pasillos super sucias, un olor a cigarrillo/marihuana/comida. El cuarto no estaba mal, pero el aire UN RUIDO terrible. Se escuchan los pasos de las personas del piso de arriba bien duro, 1 sola toalla por persona y si quieres otra hay que pagarla, no room service. Para check out dejar la llave allì y ya.. en mi caso estuve esperando a que apareciera alguiem que me atendiera para entregarla y me querìan cobrar $140 por querer irme 1 día antes (ya no aguantaba màs). Si hubiese orden, el concepto estaría conveniente.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It look like there was dog throw up underneath the bed in the bathtub and shower was disgusting. We mopped our own floors in the mop water was black.

Off the beaten path, this hotel is as basic as I have ever stayed. Then clerk was helpful and polite. The room can be described as tired and basic.
