Room 530 had a tub that was filthy, the water would not drain at all. They changed our room to 328, the same dam thing. We asked for the manager, and later that day gave us room 815. It was okay ! At the managers reception, no ice for almost an hour. "ONLY" Good thing was the breakfast. John Barrett

Hotel lobby was beautiful, happy hour and the breakfast were good but the room was outdated, especially the bathroom. The temperature of the room was hot and stuffy despite setting the AC to the lowest setting. Our infant coughed the entire time so I wonder about a mold problem. Overall not impressed.

It was not quiet. There was an air compressor just outside our room and when I brought it up to the front desk they said nothing. Mold above the shower area and I mentioned it as well. They never sent anyone to clean it. No water bottles in the room.

The hotel seemed old and worn in the rooms. It could use a makeover. The maid staff was sloppy. Sometimes we didnt have all the towels, they never restocked clean glasses, and we had to get more toliet paper from the front desk. The breakfast were a nice option but some of the meat was overcooked

I called twice regarding a late flight. The hostess was still a jerk to me for checking in past 2AM. Our bathtub water drain did not work. The fire alarm was set off by my hair dryer. The pool area was very nice but there was nobody checking to bring towels back like they said they would. They asked and never returned. The room itself was very decent. We did not make it to breakfast.
