I have contacted hotel no response rooms are filthy they charge for parking and breakfast no shower pressure or hot water bathrooms are disgusting staff is nice but it can’t make up for the rooms went in for Christmas the place was a mess they said they would change my room when I got back there was no room ever on hold for me I’m pretty sure I was smelling mold in 203 the front desk offered me air freshener which I was actually never even giving maid came pounding on the door telling me at 10:49 if I was gonna check out late I should have let them know 24 hours prior like what is this

When I checked in there was no remote to the TV but the problem was fixed quickly. I heard a knock on the door a day before I was supposed to check out, there was confusion with the staff they thought I was supposed to check out a day earlier. This hotel was cost efficient and the blinds blocked out all the light which was good when I was trying to sleep. This hotel has a bar and food options for breakfast and dinner. I would stay here again.

Room was very outdated and requested another room due to the sheets being some what dirty. When contacting staff up front I was told there was no other rooms available but it was hard to believe as during my check in it was early during the day so I was hard to believe there wasn’t another room available

The person who assisted us upon check in as well as when we left were friendly. Upon arriving back to our room after a long day out we discovered our neighbor had two loud barking dogs, left the hotel and had his tv blasting. After about an hour or so dealing with the loud noise, we called the front desk who said they didn't have the person's contact information and the only thing they could do was make us pack up everything and inconvenience us to have to move to another room. If you have a pet policy it should be for the guests to be able to be contacted at all times in case of an emergency (or in this case annoyingly disturbing loud barking dogs). The manager, Stuart wasn't present but was called that evening because I (and two other hotel guests that heard the dogs) went down to complain. I was told he would be in the next morning. When I went to the front desk the next morning I was told Stuart didn't come in and as of today I have never been reached out to or contacted in any way. Clearly this place doesn’t want our business. That's fine, stick to the obnoxious and inconsiderate guests who leave the TV blasting as aeans to entertain their loud barking dogs! We live close to Orlando and stay in hotels/resorts several times a year but never this one ever again. Beware.....!
