With a pool and spa (heating available for an extra fee), covered seating on the back patio WITH CEILING FANS, a bbq grill, and also a game room in the garage...everyone is sure to have a good time! The resort also comes with a clubhouse with amenities for you to use. FOR FREE :) A walk in pool, a hot tub, a playground and volleyball court, and a gym! The clubhouse also has a covered back patio if you need a break from the sun for a bit.
The space
Spacious & Beautiful two story home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths is located in Watersong Resort, a securely gated community. The large patio and pool have no back door neighbors. There is a half bath on the patio along with a covered eating area. There us plenty of outdoor dining space plus a complimentary propane grill. The downstairs has a large master ensuite that opens into the patio area. Downstairs is also a queen bedroom. The open concept kitchen, dining room, and tv area is spacious and accommodates your nicely. There is an electric fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with items to prepare and serve meals. Every room has its own tv. Upstairs is another king ensuite, a twin theme room, and a full size bedroom.
If you want a break from swimming and sun enjoy the games provided in the gameroom.
