"The best thing about the resort is the staff.. due to our flight delay we arrived really really late but staff member Allie has the patience of an absolute angel she was there every step of the way until she was able to check my family and I into our condo. We were so very tired and frustrated, to the point that we were ready to check into a hotel for the night and find Spectrum Resorts in the morning, but she would not give up. She stayed on the phone with us until we were able to get to the front desk. Another staff member named Jo was also able to assist"
