I feel like I was in a cosplay. Everything appeared really nice but if anything was analyzed it was out of order or disrepair to the point the staff was like, “It be like that”. The arcade games just ate our points. To the point that some games like terminator had 12 unused credits from all the people who lost money there. Staff didn’t seem like they were really provided the tools to be empowered to solve problems. During my massage they just coughed in my face the whole time and had no mask on. Mini golf was named the same thing as the nice mini golf nearby but it was extremely misleading.

As advertised.

Didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities of the resort. Requested a room in a quiet area and was quite happy with our room that had an outside balcony facing the lake. Room was clean and comfortable with a larger hotel fridge. Perfect for our 4 night stay.

The maintenance took two days to clear a plumbing issue cost me a day of fun waiting.

Upon arrival the Vrbo only processed one of my rentals. The property said it’s better to book directly through them.

Charged twice for pet fee

The owner was responsive while I stayed and promised to reverse the extra pet fee as I was charged twice... it has been radio silence since and I have not gotten a refund. Hope you will make it right or will never use VRBO again

Great location, lots of amenities

We traveled for business so we had no time to enjoy the amenities other than the restaurant (which was great bc they offered a 10% discount for conference attendees). The room was perfect although it faces out toward the road so you could hear a lot of the traffic noise. We were exhausted though so we slept right through it. Convenient location!

This property was amazing , the owner was even more amazing . All the amenities provided were well worth it including the draft restaurant . I also added an additional night and the owner was quick to respond and accommodate. I would definitely stay again

Unfriendly staff, cards did not worked on 2 times and delay us to entering room 20 and 35 mins respectively, whirpool not cleaned, golf carts to rooms to slow, poor parking, too busy registration.

Check in took a long time. We arrived at midnight and waited 20 minutes to check in(which took another 10 minutes although I pre paid for the room). I was then told I had to come back by 10am the next morning or my key would be deactivated. This was stressful after a day of travel. The next day, it was a ploy to try to have me sign up for time share. So after 5 minutes, I was on my way. They advertised Starbucks was in the lobby but it a small cafe that sells Starbucks coffee and was poorly staffed. There is a hospitality desk but after several visits, realized no one really works this desk. The grounds are very clean. We enjoyed multiple long walks. The pools and hot tubs are clean and well maintained. There are no towels at the pool areas. We enjoyed our time at the restaurant/bar called Drafts. Food was great. Stayed for happy hour and sat out by the fire pit which was awesome. Poorly staffed, no one taking our orders at the outdoor area. Had to keep going up to the bar and waiting and waiting. One man guitar player was very enjoyable. We ordered pizza for the room. It was delivered promptly and was excellent! Enjoyed shopping in the Marketplace and took home some souvenirs. I would return here in the future. It is a very central location with access to all parks and shopping.

false advertsing- we did not get the resort location we requested and were not notified.

The owner did not provide the rental location and property advertised. 1st we were given wrong conf # , and did not get the location we booked online BOOKED ONE WEST-GATE LOCATION AND RE-ASSIGNED TO ANOTHER PROPERTY 25 MIN away / AND THAT WAS AFTER WE WAITING IN LINEAT OUR CHOSEN DESTINATION FOR 30 MINUTES . false advertising - REQUEST REFUND!!!

Don’t do it!

I stayed here for six days and I did not enjoy it at all. The room was not clean. The shower stall was gross. I do not think that the artwork had been dusted or cleaned in over a year as it was filthy. I only received housekeeping and clean towels for three of the days. When housekeeping did come, they did a horrible job. There was a large piece of lint/string on the night stand when I arrived and believe it or not, it was still there when I checked out. Did they dust/clean around it? The toilet paper stayed on the back of the toilet....never replaced it on the toilet paper holder....but threw the empty cardboard out. The Internet was shady. The parking was horrendous. Prior to booking I asked about the parking because of a disability. I was told that there were handicap spots and parking would not be a problem. There were two handicap spots that were always full near the entrance to my building. One evening when I returned home from a church event, I had to park two buildings away because all of the handicapped and regular parking spots were full. As someone with a heart condition this was a problem. I finally waved someone down in a golf cart and asked for a ride and in turn, they proceeded to Give me directions how to walk to my building. The air conditioner was loud but not effective. In two days, it never made it to the temperature that was set. The staff.....50% were not very friendly, boardering on rude.No one says good morning and why would a guest have to fight their way on to the elevator with maintenance workers? On the second night, I saw a rodent near the ice machine so no more ice for me. It was a disappointment and my request for a refund was exchanged for, “Why don’t you take a tour to purchase a unit”? Really?
