Hotel is older and in need of updating. Walls are thin and rooms were overpriced for condition of hotel. Best part of the stay was the location, close to the beach. Still not worth the prices we paid.

Convenient for what we needed it for. Five star charge for three star quality. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, not enough towels for 3 adults. Also a dirty used wet towel was left under the bathroom sink. No dish cloth to wipe the counters down in the kitchenette, just a tea towel.

Property was convenient and staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms could use updating as the wall blow dryer had sparks flying out of it and we had to get a replacement dryer. Also bathroom had ants. Expect more when you pay higher prices.

Lake on both sides, beautiful views from all the rooms (prefer north facing the private beach). BBQ’s on the beach for anyone to use, Nice sandy beach, amazing staff. Will be back for sure.

Very disappointing stay except for the lake view. First, the staff were unprofessional — when I called to ask about the room size (since it wasn’t shown on the booking page), the customer service agent couldn’t answer. Second, the room cleanliness was below average. I wanted to take a photo of the lake view from the window, but the glass was so dirty it ruined the experience. Breakfast was limited in variety and tasted mediocre, not worth the price. Worst of all, after checking out I noticed the charges didn’t match the bill, and when I called to ask about it, the customer service attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, neither professional nor comfortable — I would not stay here again.
