Location and nice clean rooms
Excellent location, few steps away from the boardwalk and two blocks away from Jolly Roger rides, very nice outdoor pool and also clean indoor pool. Room has a small fridge and microwave and cabinets. Also a nice balcony, will return soon
This place was located In a great part of Ocean City right next to the Beach and Restaurants and a stones through to the sand and ocean . But the Pool was not heated as advertised I was forced to go in a Freezing Pool where I obtained SHRINKAGE and for that I take away some points of the Property Rating , The Hot Tub was broken for three days and the jets were not working ,I complained Three times and on the third day they fixed it . They do not clean the rooms only before you arrive and when you arrive . Luckily I did not Crap the bed . I did request them to clean it after two days but they never showed up . I would probably stay here again but now I know what to expect . The staff was very nice at the desk .
Sofa bed is dirty
This is a solid place to stay. The location is outstanding. There is a nice rooftop pool/jacuzzi and bar. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms were on the small side for our family of four, but we didn’t spend much time there. The room we stayed in was perfectly acceptable and clean. We never had trouble parking in their lots, but the spaces are tight. Any reasonable sized vehicle should have no trouble. The Mexican bakery/restaurant immediately adjacent is excellent and has the best horchata I’ve ever had.
Rooms are in poor condition. Staff was not welcoming. Indoor pool was cloudy and green. I would never stay here again. The VBROs in this area are way better.
My room was never done and i stayed for 3 nights , i asked for sheets or towels they had none to give me , bathroom shower making very loud noise once i turned on the water , shower curtain has mold towards the bottom , rugs were not vacuumed.

Great stay for a short vacation.
Great hotel purchased the jacuzzi suite. Staff is friendly and helpful when needed. However, outside the property could use the little clean up on the side of the building but the road. Super close to the boardwalk, so that is a major plus! Great spot, would stay again :)
The property was appartly remodeled. But it seems the room was still very dated. The bed were not comfortable at all. It wasn’t a very restful sleep. the toilet seats were lower to the ground then standard toilets and maybe it was the room but the hot water in the shower started hot and rotated to cold and the pressure was very light in the shower. But the staff was very wonderful and the room was fairly spacious. The front desk was very accommodating and always had supplies when we needed. Due to covid they do not clean the room but pick up dirty trash outside your door promptly. They even fix any issue ASAP. We had a door issue with one of our rooms and they came immediately. the parking was also a little wierd. It a narrow parking lot across the street in two location
Reception staff were very welcoming. We were comfortable and close to all the action during our stay.
Recently stays for 2 days end of July 2021. The parking is across the street so be prepared for VERY tights spaces. The front reception area is very tiny and there's only one elevator. The room itself, king bed, was pretty clean and the bathroom was decent. Small space, but one building away from the beach so it's fine if you're just looking for a place to crash. Honestly, not worth the $500 price tag but everything is inflated right now due to post pandemic price gouging on beach places.

As inappropriate as this review is, I'd like to inform you that our indoor pool is definitely heated. While our outdoor pool is not, it does sit in the sun all day. Our hot tub was also never broken, you simply have to turn the timer on to activate the jets, as indicated by the sign.

Rachelle, I am sorry you felt your stay was not all that it should have been. Many areas of the property have been recently renovated and most of our guests really enjoy the new modern look the rooms have. Our pools are also maintained several times a day by our staff and an outside pool company. At no time have our pools ever been green. Perhaps, you were looking at our indoor pool that has a color-changing light and caught it during its green display?
