We were unable to book and extra night at the hotel in the same room. Women at the front desk at bother by us asking, male desk clerk told us to keep asking hotel wasn't even half full. they put us in an a joining room to start with, room was great. Had a wonderful poolside bartender, restaurant had great food and staff. Thought breakfast should be included. No newspaper!!!

Rooms are spacious, but a little outdated. Carpet had stains and there was noise from the service elevator. It was hard to sleep before midnight. Other than that it was OK.

We visited and stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. First of all, the pictures were deceiving. The place is in need of a serious make-over. The only area that looked remotely "up-to-date," were the elevators. The carpet seemed ancient. The beds were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place and don't be fooled by the pics. The sad part was that we spent over $300 per night for this place. Unfortunately, most of the places in Ocean City are old and out-dated.

Location was great however building is old, torn fabric in the seat of chairs in room, bathroom small and needs a make over.

Had ocean front room, great view. The only thing on balcony's you don't have privacy you can see your neighbors

Our first night there we had a roach on our bathroom counter top. Super gross! There was a very distinct odor in our room as well. Wasn't pleased at all with this hotel for as much as they charged. I only like to stay at 4 or 5 star hotels and this was at best a 2 star hotel in my opinion.

Ocean front rooms are extremely nice in terms of space and view. You can tell it's an older property and they can surely use an upgrade but overall it was good. The showers and shower curtain didn't make you feel at ease as well as the older beds and floor carpet. The ocean view and balcony was my favorite part and being able to walk out the door and directly onto the beach as well as the ample free parking there is.

Close to the beach, restaurants on site. The hotel is a bit older and could use some sprucing up. Staff was very pleasant.

I love the location and all the amenities. The only thing i didn’t like was the grand hotel restaurant. We had breakfast there & food wasn’t good!

The room was spacious, beds comfortable and very quiet. Great views. I can’t speak to the staff at the pool bar every day but the two young ladies bar tending at the pool bar on the Sunday we arrived lacked any customer service skills. This is a big miss because this pool bar is a great asset and I think they’d find they sold more and made better tips if they put in any effort.

I loved this hotel! It is located near the end of the boardwalk! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable (memory foam)! We paid for a direct ocean view room. The view was spectacular but there was no privacy as it did not have walls separating each room on the balcony. The pool was big enough for everyone to swim and there were always towels! The Spa gets booked fast so if you’re looking for a massage; book early!

The staff was friendly and pleasant. Check in and out was a breeze. Excellent location on the boardwalk. The only issue was the carpets were dated and it can be seen that it had taken a beating over years. I'm not bothered much but it should be changed.

Was not a pleasant experience for the money that I paid.

Everything was nice and convenient at the hotel ... rooms were clean and staff was helpful
