Property is completely non smoking. We were in a room with an adjoining door. People in the other room started smoking cigarettes and weed which came into our room like we were smoking. Complained to front desk. He was nice enough to move us. Second room the carpet was so dirty we had to walk around with our shoes on and it wasn’t a direct ocean front room which is what we paid for. Waiting on property manager to call me back

My family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, I forgot to request a handicapped accessible room to accommodate my disabled brother who is in a wheelchair. It was hard for him to enter the bathroom and there was no privacy screen available so that he could use the jacuzzi. We loved the view from our room and enjoyed morning sunrise. We would happily stay there again.

Loved the direct oceanfront room and super easy access to the beach! Dining options in the hotel were also very good. This area of the boardwalk is family friendly and not crazy crowded.

The service at the 2 restaurants on the property was less then deserving. We felt that we were putting the staff out with wanting to eat in the 2 restaurants. They were not friendly at all.

Being the Grand Hotel. It needs some updating. The wall paper was bubbled because of water issue above us. The rug was nasty. The windows that are on the board walk were filthy. I would think they could wash them daily or even weekly.
