I chose the room with the jacuzzi. But when I was using the jacuzzi, the hotel front staff called my room and my cell phone. He told me not to use the jacuzzi because the water was reeked downstairs from my room. And the staff said they would come to my room. I stopped bathing, got dressed and waited for the staff. A staff member came into my room after 10 p.m. I was so scared. The staff member told me that after checking the condition of my room, I could use the jacuzzi. I felt really bad. The problem is that this hotel is really old condition. I paid more money than the other room and booked the room, but the staff didn't even apologize to me. As if it was my fault. The room next to me often smelled of marijuana.

Room definitely needs more cleaning. very heavy dust around bed base and bed table. Bathroom very small, door literally hits the toilet in order to open, Kind of funny actually .. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom and no heat in bathroom.

Staff was courteous, the room was spacious and very clean! There were options for food and drinks onsite which was great since it was so cold and lots of places are closed in the off season. The bar/restaurant on the main level had a good happy hour and the food was very good!

Their customer service was exceptional! The front desk employees were very professional, courteous and extremely helpful! The hotel was spotless, well maintained, it still had many on-site restaurant options still available even though it’s off-season. I travel over 50 nights per year, and I’m partially handicapped. This hotel was an absolute stand out! I highly highly recommend it!
