Overall it was a very nice hotel. Beautiful views all day long and morning sunrise was awesome. Food was average at best and service was extra slow. Employees were very good and attentive. Bathroom was very small and shower didn’t have very good pressure at all. A/C worked well but was loud when it kicked on and off.

When we arrived, the power was out. Then we went up to our room and the carpet had stains and was dirty. Then the fire alarm went off and we had to stand outside in the rain. We went to eat because we didn’t want to stand out in the pouring rain. Before we left, I asked at the desk if I could check out and get my money back. The front desk informed me I could but due to the power being out, I had to wait. When we came back I asked if I could get reimburse and check out. I was informed no and asked to speak to the manager (very nasty man). After going back and forth they said they would refund the money back within 3-5 days.

This property has a great location right off the boardwalk and beach. There are also many amenities right at the location like indoor/outdoor pools, pool table, arcade games, restaurants and shops. However the hotel is dated and in need of a renovation. Oir room had stains in the carpet and walls.

It cost us over 400$ per night so it was pretty expensive. I was truly disappointed when I saw the condition of the carpet in my room. It was old worn and had disgusting stains all through it. It looked like a cheap motel carpet. Ugh! And on the bathroom ceiling?! What the hell was that? Rust? Throw up?! I’m sure I’ll NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. The rest of the hotel was nice but where it really counted (my room) they failed!!

Great location far away from where the crowed areas of the boardwalk.... Plus side was everything you needEd for a great vacation was within walking distance away (restaurants, liquor store, water sports, etc.). Stayed in a partial view room perfect view of the ocean in my opinion didn’t feel I was missing out on any ocean front views... disliked the epic restaurant inside the hotel food was gross... how could u mess on something so basic like chicken fingers... only complaint had a great time and stay... one last thing one of the elevators was broken

Pros: (1) I loved that it was on a less crowded area of the boardwalk, but still accessible to everything. (2) I also loved that the hotel had good bars and restaurants. The food and drinks at these places were good. (3) The elevators were fast so you didn't have to share the elevator with others if you didn't want to, and most people were coronavirus-conscious and gave people their space. Cons: (1) The hotel is very outdated, and the rooms could have definitely been cleaned better, especially during these times. (2) I hated the balconies because they are not private. A fenced partition divides all balconies, so you can see into your neighbors' balcony and possibly into their rooms. There is a minor plus to this con: Because the balconies are so "open", the partial ocean view rooms get more of a view of the ocean. Would I stay here again? Probably only if nothing better was available. Overall Score: 3.5

Close to boardwalk and eating places. Close to beach.

Location is good. Ocean view great. Don’t like no privacy between balconies. Went during pandemic so didn’t get full feel but was nice having stores on ground floor. Didn’t make to pools bc closed so don’t know. Generally cleaned and maintained. Elevators were fast loved that. But could use an upgrade. Staff was great letting us check in early. Not overly friendly but not rude. I’d go back. Had room 609.

Great location and view! On the boardwalk and close to everything!

We've stayed here several times before . It's a nice clean place. My only complaint is the mattresses. I'm not sure if they have been replaced recently, but they are very stiff and uncomfortable at least for me. Had two sleepless nights unfortunately. I doubt we will return

Location and price. Always clean staff always great.

Located on boardwalk. Lobby always smells pleasant. Karaoke in lounge.

Nice Ocean front view near boardwalk, decorations for Christmas were great and plenty of dining options in the building. Should provide festival of lights tickets as an added amenity.

Location and how clean it was - easy parking cheerful and helpful staff.
