Had a wonderful stay. Accessibility accomadations were on point. Breakfast in the hotel provided during off season was a big convience. Christmas decorations were lovely. The little desk station where children could write their letter to Santa was especially cute.

Great time. There only one night. Great Time!!!!!!!!!!

Was very happy during my stay, but mostly because of the company I was keeping! Epic bar & grll is less than the name suggests. Wish there were a continental breakfast.

Excellent price during the off season. Hotel offers many ammeities and nearby all the hot-spots.

Had no problems with checkin or checkout. Room was very nice and clean, with a view of the ocean and a balcony. Air conditioning worked well. Ice machine worked well. There is a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room, all of which worked well. We requested extra blankets and pillows, which were brought to us immediately. The bathroom sink was clogged and within 10 minutes two maintenance men were there and fixed it. There are indoor and outdoor pools, and a sauna in the women's bathroom (probably one in the men's too, but I didn't check!). There are several eateries, gift shops, and at least one bar, with a great late night bartender. The entire hotel is non-smoking and you are not even allowed to smoke on your balcony!

The beds were very uncomfortable, the springs were shot and we all woke up with back aches. The bathroom sink kept backing up. The wifi is terrible. The view we had was amazing. Safe some $$ and get a side ocean view.

Amenities nice, but beds were horrible. Have stayed in many hotels and cheaper ones were much better! Everything was so outdated and worn. And the last day, housekeeping didn't even show up and we told them and they said to contact you! When I checked out and told them about the room etc. she didn't even say like sorry. Last stay there for sure!

Class act all the way. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly, helpful, kind. Facility is clean and accommodating. Great 6 day stay on business. Will return.

Hotel is well located and has a lot potential. However, everything is old and cleaning needs to be better.

We stayed there for 5 nights! It was very nice! Close to the beach and shopping!

The one staff was rude but he was not there the next day

From the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone we came in contact with was polite. Our room was clean on arrival. Everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable. We used the pool several times. It was clean and there were plenty of towels and chairs. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun rise over the ocean in the mornings and hung all of our wet towels and suits there are night.

Very nice rooms. Lots of storage in kitchen cupboards! Microwave and frig for small meals or reheating. Bathroom small but no vent do you had to keep door open :(

The hotel is expensive for what you get rooms are very plain small TV tiny bathroom. Thee restaurant on the 6 th floor is great to sit outside and eat the wait staff is friendly but horrible at their jobs not there fault untrained foreign exchange students make up the entire hotel staff. We have stayed there 2 times now and would probably stay there again we love the location and the layout of the hotel nice friendly staff like I said before the entire staff appears to be untrained at their jobs The coffee place in the lobby stay away from slow service over priced and a staff that will tell you they do not know how to make certain drinks on the menu

The room was dated but spacious and clean. Hotel reception was quick to get us checked in and checkout was simple. The hotel is right on the beach and provides beautiful views of the ocean as well as easy access. Parking is ample.

only needed one night but was good price and great service

My daughter and I had a weekend away and wanted to have an ocean view but that's where it stopped. The view was terrific but the balconies are not very private and the ironwork between the balconies is wide enough for a person to slip thru therefore not really private. The neighbor next door slammed their patio door because I was making comments to my daughter about the full moon on the ocean, it was only 9:00 pm and I'm not loud. Then the neighbor on the other side had a bottle of Jack Daniels sitting out on the patio and came out Sunday morning to smoke a cigarette, not cool! So basically you can't sit out with any privacy to enjoy the ocean view. The room was a disappointment because it's very dated and wasn't clean. There were small plastic pieces on the carpet that a vacuum could have taken care of but were there all weekend so no vacuuming was done before or after our stay. The toilet seat had a broken off bolt so you had to watch yourself. We didn't want to call about it so we just dealt with it. It looks good on paper but for the price it's not worth it. I wouldn't stay again. It was my first trip back in 30 years and Ocean City in general is a big let down. Go to Rehoboth Beach instead!!!

Room was bigger than expected and very neat and tidy. Also had a great view. The pool was nice as was the restaurant, shops, and 24 hour cafe thing

Excellent experience and will definitely stay again.

I wrote a whole description already. Your facility obviously doesn't care. I'm not spending time typing it over.
