The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom very spacious and had plenty of supplies ( shower gel, shampoo, conditioner).

The hotel looked brand new and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was VERY reasonable and they included a free breakfast. We will stay here again if we have an event to attend close by. There was also shopping and eats close by.
We were late booking a hotel for a triathlon weekend in Colonial Beach and happened across this Hampton Inn about 14 miles away. A fortunate find! One of the cleanest, most attractive hotels we've stayed in and a professional, friendly staff. Just a shame they couldn't set up breakfast a little earlier Sunday morning, but since we left the hotel at 0530 we can't really complain about that. Convenient to businesses, dining, and shopping; also the Dahlgren Railroad Memorial Bike Trail. An excellent value. We already intend to return next year and stay two nights.
