The carpet was moist and sticky. This is the kind of place where you don’t want to remove your shoes. The sheets had all sorts of stains on them. The smell of cigarettes permeates into every space, even the “non-smoking” rooms. There were stains on the walls. The toilet didn’t flush. We ended up leaving after about 5 minutes in the room. The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

This place smells and not in a good way. After one night I started coughing. Also, windows are very thin and you can hear all the traffic noise, like you are sleeping with open windows.

Was not given the room I asked for, getting a hold of customer service at Orbitz takes atleast an hour and no call back facility, never going to book from orbitz again

When I asked for a late check out (hadn't asked for a certain time yet) it seemed like I was asking for the sea to be parted. One bar of soap....that was the only thing in the whole room for cleanliness. One bar of soap.

I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk. Mr. Roeshae came back and saw that I was in a hurry. He never said sorry for your wait or anything. He seemed to think it was funny in some way that he had me waiting. 20 minutes after checking out from the hotel, I called and Mr. Roeshae answered the phone. I said that I forgot my water bottle ( not throw away) in the refrigerator and if they can hold it until I come back. Immediately he said " Well it's probably thrown out by now" ... Instead of saying I'll have them hold it for you. I said that I just left the hotel 20 minutes ago and if they threw it out can they pull it out and hold it for me. He said " Well if it's in the trash,Bim not going to have my housekeeping crew dig it out of the trash". My issue is that Mr. Roeshae did not express any " put yourself in the other person's shoe's" response in this and was not the one to initiate " well I will tell them to look in the room" but instead his first answer was " it's probably thrown out by now -(20 minutes later). The hotel was nice and comfortable , but I wish that proper etiquette was taught to people that run this hotel. P.S. the African American woman at the front desk with the short 2 toned hair and glasses was very nice and accommodating towards me.

Was an Any Port in a Storm decision (slightly above Red Roof Inn)

Didnt like the water in shower not enough pressure..hallways were always dirty...you had to take youre trash to dumpster, you had to change youre sheets on bed, bring down linens to get replaced with new ones, it should be better staffed to help out with youre clientele..

Convenient, inexpensive, and comfortable, but a little loud (security doors banging shut).

Good hotel kept very clean. nice neighborhood located close to grocery stores, restaurants and several malls

The room was basically clean (dirty around base of toilet) and had a full kitchen, but I would not be comfortable there for a longer stay. The pillows were flat and mattress uncomfortable. No blow dryer. No shampoo (forgot mine). No lamp by the bed for reading. Sheets and towels were a bit rough. Stayed one night and it served the purpose; very bare bones. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Bad smell in the room and stinking bathroom. Cigarette Smoke smell everywhere. Never suggest this hotel to anyone

There is great customer service but you can here everything through the paper thin walls. The people above us sounded like they were doing jumping jacks and running laps at all hours of the nught. We called the desk at 11 pm and they told them to quiet down but an hour later they were back to stomping around. The people next to us were smoking in their room even though it was a no smoking room, and the nasty smell came right into our room through the air vents. Room was clean and well maintained but unless you stay on the top floor i wouldn't recommend it.

I just wish they had a pool or weight room. It was indeed convenient as far as the distance from the beach.

The beds were small and not very comfortable (but obviously comfort is subjective). There was no hair dryer available upon request as advertised. Housekeeping took towels that were hung up to be reused, but did not replace them. That said, the place was clean and less than 20 minutes from the oceanfront, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, for a lot less than other hotels in the area.

Dear Shalin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, Anibal Roche General Manager
